Raise both arms up overhead for 30 seconds. You are at the level of body fat where your veins only show when your arms are pointing down or resting, and they vanish when you hold your arms up. There is no difference in vascularity between your arms. Hope this helped

When I was younger, snapping a batch 5 or 6 times a day was not uncommon. I had a group of five friends, including my brother, that hit the gym together. I dominated every muscle group except biceps. Unless they were all shaking hands with the one eyed cobra with the same frequency, I don't think it had a huge impact. We were all natty and I was using 155 lbs dumbbells for bench sets weekly.

Hi, I' ve done some small private studies about fapping. Me and my mates agree that not fapping can boost some dudes. But the interesting thing is, that if one faps with porn it will put that person down most likely. But if one useses his or her fantasy and also as important for about half an hour, that will not cause the same brain fog.

Like insulin is mostly released when the blood sugar level is high to drive a certain biological process.

Testosterone is a steroid hormone, which is synthesised using fats and cholesterol. If your body has the required material to make testosterone, you shouldn’t have a problem. Of course if you deplete your testosterone for that day, like masturbating before a workout, your workout may take a hit as your muscle require a certain level to carry out strenuous tasks.
Masturbation could be an issue mainly for people who depleted their fats/cholesterol reserve and also have a chronically low serum lipid profile and/or low vitamin D, as there would be no raw material for your body to synthesise testosterone.

I'll be honest. I agree with what you said. However, I would add in. As a younger man, working offshore for long periods of time, I found myself needing to, uh, release the kraken on the regular. I didn't do it everyday either. So it bounced back quickly this way. But I learned just how much porn affects men. And I talked to other men who also dealt with it, and discovered the same thing. I also dealt with much older men who were "too far gone". These men's rooms were nothing but thousands of porn videos. And I know one, who couldn't even get off without it anymore. He was very overweight, bad hygiene, etc. Most were.
Young men need to be taught by older men with knowledge on this matter, the truth. And honestly, women need to be warned as they are growing more bold in watching porn. Hey Sean! How many muscle groups would you recommend training per workout? Today i did Quads, abs, side delts and upper back (back thickness). Would you say that is too much? I did that and 10 min. of running at the beginning. All together it took me about 1h 30m.
