This was an awesome class. I did it in the gym room at our hotel in Hoi An and had to turn it up to hear the music over the treadmill. Apparently there is a spa next door and disco isn't very relaxing!! I apologised and turned it down. But I still managed to "work, work" Thanks Chris
I have never in all my 57 years come across a fitness instructor with so much variety in types of classes, types of music and choices during the workout than Christina Dorner.
Work and work! That's exactly what I did today. I did the live booty legs upper body workout then right after I did the fast Monday step! Then I did the live intermediate old skool music workout and enjoyed all of them.
Work and work - you certainly made us work it ! Loved it like I love all of your step classes....great little routine, easy to remember so I could push myself harder. Thank you for continually coming up with new routines for us. You are appreciated!
Work and work!! And yes we sure did on this great slow paced intermediate step. 😅 I now class myself as an intermediate/advanced stepper and getting to know all the names for the moves and just like that Chris throws in a few extras to keep us moving for this 40 minutes, got to love those bonuses 🎉

You have to work and work to be healthy. Doing step, cardio, mobility and definitely strength keeps me healthy. Loved this step. Music was a fantastic mix of disco and the step moves fun. If I didn’t have to get ready for my fun drive to work and work all day then I would have backed it up and do another 10 minutes. Thank you Chris for bringing fun workouts. Keeps me motivated to get through to make sure I’m able to move when I’m in my 80s!
Work and work. Had fun learning this routine. I was surprised since Nastia wasn't there I expected the BONUS to be the bpm bumped up and going through the full routine one final time. Balance was good on the repeater knees.
I had a hysterectomy 7 weeks ago and I started out 2 weeks post op doing your Basic Step 125 bpm at a slowed down speed with no step and progressed to normal speed and 125 bpm step classes. Got cleared today with no restrictions and this was a perfect way to get back into the swing of things! I was right back to where I was pre-op when it came to knowing the moves and this Intermediate 128 bpm class was a great way to "ease" back in. I cannot thank you enough for all of your great strength training, mobility and step classes I took before surgery that got me strong to be able to recover effectively, your workouts during recovery that kept me at least moving a bit and now your amazing workouts to get me back to where I was. I knew all I had to do was "work and work" and I wouldn't miss a beat! You are the best!! ❤
Work and work! Showed these workouts to my personal trainer and she loves them! I told her they were my treat to myself when I just need to dance it out!!

Work interrupted me this morning during live and fell behind so I remembered seeing this one that looked fun and it didn't disappoint. I sped it up a tad to get my heart rate a bit higher. It's so cool you can speed up or slow down the bpm's on youtube. Fun fun cardio and loved the disco tunes!!! ❤
I love this choreography, but it felt a little bit slow for me so I use the speed up on my TV and wow! That really works! I’ve never done that before!! I worked and worked!! So much fun! Thanks, Chris!❤😊
So awesome! Getting easier for my first time practicing step. I never had one back in the day and doing it on the floor wasn't enough of a workout. Now I can afford a step AND support the most fun and fit trainer online! Thanks for all the inspiration.
