I just love a Mediterranean design house. So warm and cozy.
huge money. the developer had spent a maximum amount of 18-20 million pesos in construction of the house erected in the 439 sqm land and now is being sold in the amount of 85 million pesos. nice house
The house layout and design is well planned and executed. The host is very detailed and gave justice to the very beautiful house. The basement is nicely located with convenient access to the top floor. Fantastic kitchen. Closet is awesome. Very good job to the host and to the contractor for this very premium house and village.
But This House is So Expensive that is Only for Rich Filipinos, It Costs Almost 100 Million Php to Buy This House.
@@ainsleyfrastructurekpopmashups I guess your new here because houses in the city cost more than 100 million php while in subdivisions like Ayala alabang for example would cost 100 million or even more for just a lot. I remember when I was watching a house tour on another Chanel the mansion costs about 800 million in Ayala alabang while the mansion on tivoli royale cost about 1.2 billion.

Mediterranean was a real hit in the early 2000s. People have now moved to modern contemporary or zen modern with wooden slats.
Alot of people sitll loves Mediterranean though. Not everyones likes modern
Functionality of the house is most important that is why many people still like mediterranean styles.
love the outside facade but me who likes watching home flippings, interior designs, tours etc.. can see some flaws of the lay out esp the upper floors but nevertheless the house looks grand not to mention it's a corner lot. and I love the color combo very appealing to the eyes and not to mention the stainless kitchen ...

I rarely put comments and when do, I usually criticize but this house Is well thought of. I have the credit to the architect/contractor. There's no swimming pool but maybe, you can always convert the two car port.
Ganda naman ng man's eye view ng home/house. MAALIWALAS. I like the design and location of the house in a spacious corner lot. wow. I think the owner is a chef, love to cook always, he he he.My favorite is the masterbedroom , obvious naman. Typical design lang yung mga bedrooms with walk-in closet going to the bathroom, Open mezzanine on the 2nd floor. I think storage room the letter J shape, kindly see it on A2 sheet nos. of 2nd Floor Plan of the 20" x 30" blue print indicate by the Poging , cute na makulit na Architect -- "Dyak D Poging Mechanic"
Oh what a lovely balcony to have a close encounter with your hopefully lovely neighbours, looks like privacy is not included.

Unfortunately, backyard is super narrow and blocked by a house causing no view at the balcony on the back of living area.

Absolutely a gorgeous home, but there is a draw back base on the price expectations.Tiny yard,small refrigerator,a small island countertop. Other than that it’s stunning. I hope I didn’t hurt someone’s feelings it’s just my opinion. And also the lady thats going around and showing us the property she is stunning as well. In the future can you cover the common fees like they do in Thailand? For the estates like this one and previous videos. It's per month for example 4,000 baht a month.

Compare such as big as this house in Thailand houses. Thailand houses is much way beautiful with aesthetics and gorgeous layouts. This house is just big without character. Ang mahal not planned well. Not well maximized. Plenty of empty corners. The flooring, the walling, the ceiling, the bathroom and shower room nothing new.
The house is very airy and cold. Try watching design seed.

The J shape part room for me would be used to put a fridge just for wine / beers so can watch movies and sports in bed. Popcorn, snacks, all that kind of stuff. :D

My favorite would be the auxiliary kitchen and the garage and the dining room. The kitchen and the living room has a lot of wasted space. And the first bedroom on the first floor is awkwardly placed. It made the living room layout awkward. Sayang.

Hehehe,.Iyong nasa labas,.Ay panigurado sa lalake (mister) na din iyun at iyong sa loob ay pupuwede naman,,..Sa babae (misis) or pupuwede din hati (Shared) tapos for ang nagugustohan kona din.Dito sa house na ito ay iyong mga accents lights narin nila! Sa mga bedrooms kasi obvious narin kung saan muna din ilalagay iyong kama mo 😉
