I'm currently at 33 weeks and my first time experiencing pelvic and back pains but after watching this the hip rotation is my favorite but how long do I do it for and how long for any of these. I'm willing to try the other 6 but the hip one is my favorite. Everyday in pain i can barely walk without crying

Hi Angelina, sorry to hear that. Please book in a visit to see your Physiotherapist or Physical therapist who can work with you more closely to help you out. We are all different and these exercises are just general guidelines for general population so if you need individual help please seek professional medical help. All the best.

You really need to listen to your doctor's advice, especially around placenta previa. Try out some of my meditations to help you relax your mind. I'm soon to do a podcast on exercise and placenta previa.. so keep an eye out for it!

My wife is suffering from pelvic pain from the 1st month of postpartum and she is suffering from severe pain in her backbone, pelvic, and calf muscles. She have to take rest after every single work to avoid constant pain

I highly recommend your wife visits a Physical therapist or Physiotherapist if she is continuing to have such severe pelvic pain. While my exercises can help, it is best to make sure there are no other medical issues going on.
