This was simple to follow but required enough discipline that I feel genuinely accomplished. I’ve been afraid to move lately and I’m grateful you made this video

I've had pelvic pain with each pregnancy (this is my 5th) and this video with your exercises has helped this be the best I've felt, even though the pain started earlier this pregnancy. I'm doing this along with you almost daily. Thank you!

I cannot express enough how much the modification helped for the middle pelvic pain during clam shells. Thank you. It’s so difficult to find help for severe pain on here. Saving and coming back again later.

Thank you for this movement session! I really appreciate the modifications if you've been told to avoid asymmetric exercises.
This session didn't stir up and pelvic pain for me so I will definitely be doing it again soon.

Lots of these felt helpful but I wasn't able to do any of the exercises laying on my side (3rd trimester) since my PT doesn't want me laying like that 😅

I’m glad this has helped. Keep going with it. Have you got a massage ball for your glutes? Have you seen a women’s health physiotherapist?
