    Hey bro, I have a 98 f150 5.4 super cab 4x4, and was wondering is it possible to build the transmission and transfer case or is there a limit?
    Just debating whether I should restore the truck (it's sitting outside) or build it. I love lightnings but finding a single cab is very hard to find where I live and also, it would be unique to build a super cab 4x4 so I was wondering that.

    Hey there I’m pricing out a 1k capable 4.6 and I’m closing in on 5/6.5k for forged bottom end race series cleverer bearings steel rings stage 4 valve springs with a stage 4 cam on a ported head with -18cc pistons but as I said I’m closing in on 5/6.5k stock bore and stroke……………… what have you had all done to the 5.4 untill now I know this is an older video but you don’t have much on your bottom end build

      You probably want to talk to somebody professional who know what they're doing
      You might be overdoing it compare to what you are truly going to do
      You can probably piecemeal one together by finding a used Cobra crank a set of molnar rods and personally you should not use a 18 CC dish piston you want to bump that compression up to at least 10 to 1 trust me
      My crank I bought new 600 eagle rods 550 pistons were 700 with wirst pin upgrade
      I also got a aluminum block for 500 bucks
      You truly know what you have to look for and in my experience stay away from West not needed it will cost you more at the end trust me

      And stay away from all the race bearing crap you want a soft bearing that will allow any for material to penetrate the bearing vs. Mess up your crank getting one of those race series bearings that have hard layers
      The 2003 Cobra with an aftermarket blower can hit 800 horsepower and they use standard aluminum bearings
