I honestly hate that black widow wasn’t the story I’m of natashas life. They could’ve done so so much with that but decided to go the “set up of new characters” way. It’s kinda sad cause it’s the last bit of Natasha we’d see and we still hardly know anything about her past
It was always so mysterious too especially with the first avengers and the film gave us almost nothing to work with it was so disappointing. They definitely just set it up for the Hawk Eye show which shows they're only focusing on the profit which is really sad. Ever since Disney bought marvel it hasn't been the same at all
That's so interesting that Natasha was disappointed by Spencer! I totally understand her perspective though. I always love these video every year, thanks for keeping me company while I eat my lunch :)
I feel like maybe the reason The Kissing Booth 3 was such a step down is because the first two were actually based on books from Beth Reekles and the third was pretty much whoever wrote the script making their own thing she didn't develop.
That cinderella movie was ROUGH , camila wasn’t that bad I can see her in a sitcom she has that type of acting in this , but the writing , the directing , the sets even the costume designs , everything just felt cheap and incredibly forced , it felt like they were trying to make one of those “low budget “ movies that’s actually really good but no one notices untill a few years after , like what happened to pitch perfect , but it was just terrible , the movie felt really directionless
So this is the first video I'm watching of Christine and Natasha after YEARS AND THIS MAKES ME SO NOSTALGIC FOR EARLY BOOKTUBE T^T ❤ Don't know why I was gone but I've missed you guys & you look amazing.
Red notice was SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT! Netflix literally had the rock, Ryan Reynolds AND Gal Gadot all in one movie and completely missed the opportunity
You two are hilarious!😍😂😂 I LOVED Eternals😭😭😭 It definitely wasn’t ground-breaking or the best, but it was certainly enjoyable!! Some moments of Black Widow were quite extraordinary but overall I have to agree with Christine. I definitely think it’s purpose was to introduce Natasha’s family as the character development was great and they were so likeable!
Ok, I know I might be late. I'm just going to try to briefly defend Spencer. I understand that this film isn't for everybody and it's very artsy. It's also very triggering for those who suffer from the same issues that Diana did. There are two things I throughly appreciate when it comes to Spencer. I appreciate how the director and writer of the film had a plan in mind and went for the tone that they had. Second, I felt like for me that Spencer wanted to show Princess Diana to contrast any idolization of her. She has done great things, but I hate to see popular figure have their humanities reduce to idolization over their actions. Natasha is valid in her opinion. I know everyone else is also valid in theirs. I don't know how I would feel about this film years from now, but this is how I feel about it now. Also, Kristen Stewart deserve that Oscar!
Such a fun video! I hope you guys watch pitch meetings on youtube, cause it always help with bad movies. I don't even bother watching some movies like Old or Red notice, I just watch the pitch meeting :D
I love black widow but I was really upset with a lot of things. I don’t mind comedy I really like it but it didn’t match with a lot of the harder topics in the film. I also wish that the film explored Natasha and her backstory in the red room or just red room stuff in general but it’s super scary and dark
Red Notice was enjoyably bad for me. It was so silly and dumb that I just couldn't help but have fun with it. Apparently I'm the only person on the planet who really liked the new Cinderella movie, completely unironically. It just felt so early 2000s for me!
Oh I loved Eternals!! I think it was my favorite marvel movie of the year oop- My least favorite movie of last year was definitely Dune. I couldn’t stand how long it was, and how there was essentially no plot. I also didn’t like how none of the characters got developed and then when they were killed off, I felt nothing. Also teasing Zendaya as being a major role in the movie for her to only be in the last 2 minutes was actual bullshit. I was rolling my eyes constantly. So glad you are still making these videos, they are my favorites to watch! Movie lovers unite!! Haha XD
As bad as the kissing booth movies are.....I PROMISE you the books are WORSE. Like I read the book and was like "Ohh ok...this never had ANY hope of being good" like if you watch the movie and think its bad, its still 100 times better than the book, and Im typically very easy to please with books, most books I read I either love or at worse Im like "ok Im not reading it again but I appreciate the temporary entertainment it gave me, it was FINE", but the book for the kissing booth is BAD. Its read like really bad immature fan fiction that was written by a 10 year old who has no life expereince or perspective, its BAD
My bottom 5: 5 The White Tiger (Netflix) 4 Tom and Jerry (Theater) 3 Chaos Walking (Theater) 2 Demon Slayer (Theater) 1 Space Jam: A New Legacy (HBO Max)
Both Raya and Cinderella were on my favorite list! For Raya i loved the message of unity & i didnt care if Awkwafinas lines were modern, i was cackling! (But i really missed not having any songs in it what was up w that?) And for cinderella, i had just lost my job 3 weeks before bc of covid & had spent that time not being able to get off my couch, my depression was the worst its ever been for the last decade. And then cinderella was just this ridiculous colorful movie full of joy w the dumbest male characters iver ever seen plus idina who can elevate any movie! I loved idinas new song & camilas new song. I did nothing for 4 days straight except watch that movie repeatedly & those songs helped pull me out of a horrible mental health crisis. I was actually just listening to them again for another pick me up and its the perfect shot of serotonin! 🙂 AND how she initially turns him down bc "no i choose ME" bc choosing him would mean giving up on her dream of being a dress designer. Plus it really spoke to me of her trying & trying to be taken seriously & just not getting anywhere since that was exactly what i was going through w my career & am still going through. It was a movie that came at the exact right time for me
I agree with the justice league one being not good. I didn't like it. I also didn't like eternals, it was a pretty big disappointment. Ghost busters was also a disappointment of mine... The ending was not bad, and any movie Paul Rudd is in, he makes it better.r just for him and the cute little Asian kid (he was hilarious) made it with watching from the beginning while I didn't love Iit. These were movies I watched either the end of last year. Lol. I think I had watched avatar the last Airbender movie with my cousin and it took two days to finish because it was just so so bad. Also last year I watched the shinning... I was disappointed, it wasnt good.
Okay I loved Red Notice. I will say I was high, but I had a great time watching it and I gave it kudos because I didn’t predict the twist and I’m usually good at that. It wasn’t a “good” film but it was a fun watch.
anyone else love the worst movie list better than the best? hehe i love seeing you guys spill the tea

....the books SUCK, and I enjoy MOST books, but those books I walked away from like "oh this is a POORLY written bad book"
if anything the 3rf should have been the best BECAUSE they no longer had the source matterial
@@707Bubby yeah the books aren't great but at least they had some sort of framing!
Have been watching you and Natasha since 2012! So nostalgic, love you guys

i would PAY for you to do a full rant about the kissing booth and cinderella lmao XD

Omg please come to New Zealand. We would love to have you here. Plus it is beautiful and everyone is really lovely. Definitely worth the plane trip 😊
I’ve wanted to go to New Zealand for years but it looks like it’s really expensive to go 😞
Absolutely! Also from Aotearoa 🥰
@@geekgirl2763 expensive but totally worth it
So fun to see you guys together!!
i love your outfits 😍
Thank you! 🤗
Loved Eternals. Cant really explain it why. A visual masterpiece. I like slow burn movies apparently.

You two are hilarious!😍😂😂

I genuinely NEED to know where Natasha’s mesh top is from

Love the matching see-through tops
Patiently waiting for House of Sky and Breath review :-)
Please come to Canada! I would love to meet you both
I also thought the movie Old was really uncomfortable 🥴 nice shirts btw🥰
YOU BOTH LOOK BEAUTIFUL
Filled out the survey and chose London as the destination! 💖

It feels like Christine's honourable mention should be called the Most Frustrating
I agree with Natasha about Eternals. It was really disappointing

Can you girls do all best of all movies of the year
Christine casually mentioning the horror movie The Visit
I love the tops ! I enjoy good fashion 💖
Goodness that trip sounds so cool 💖
Natasha: "what" "what?!" "wHAT?!" "WHAT?!!!??"
I think my least favourite movie (from the few I have seen) was Dune. Beautifully shot but GOD was it boring!
I need Natasha’s shirt omg

Nice
Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin and Home Sweet Home Alone are the worst films ever made.
I absolutely agree, but add the Dear Evan Hansen movie.
Christine and I are so different. 2 of her bottom 5 were in my top 5
heyy! How is your day going? Have a great day or night!
Red notice was an enjoyable bad for me! Cuz i found it a great watch! And just a good ride! But other than tht well yeh lol
the Chaos Walking movie with Tom Holland was pretty bad :/
True! I watched it because a friend of mine rented it for me and told me to and I was not impressed.
Dear Evan Hansen was my worst movie I think :/
Oof didn’t see that one cuz I saw such terrible reviews
Couldn't agree more with Natasha about The Rock being a love interest. No thank you.
"He's all that" was trash but I understand the enjoyability
another one, more chaotic happy energy :)
Don't hate me, but I loved Cinderella. Of course, I'm a fan of all things having to do with Cinderella. Also, Raya was a cute Disney movie.
I agree with the kissing booth

Did you miss do Harry Potter tsea and brizzy
christine said “john said he liked Spencer”…john as in her ex 😶
We’re still friends 🙂
Red Notice was so bad :(
I disagree with almost all of your choices especially Raya and Cruella, Eternals and black widow
Lol I loved Red Notice😂
Natasha I get you the rock just isn't a love interest
the worst movie I watched was Diary of a Wimpy Kid
Hiiiii
HI!!!
Eternals was SO boring! But I will say I loved Raya
It is good
Weirdly, this made me want to watch the SpongeBob movie?
LOLOL
Externals is easily the worst marvel movie and just movie in general for me 🤷♀️
Krestien we miss the harry potter content 💙💙💙
No we don't
almost first
YAY! Thanks for being here =D
You guys are hilarious 😂 we had the same thoughts on most of these. But Christine can you please stop interrupting your girl Natasha? 🙈
So fun to see you guys together!!
