It's weird but based on the music from both of his albums, I feel like True to Self should've been titled Trapsoul and vice versa lol. There were so much trap beats on this album, almost got repetitive halfway into it but it held up. I like True to Self and listened to it like 4 times by now but it's definitely not better than Trapsoul. All the songs except one or two of them were good or at least decent but none of them were great. Half the songs on Trapsoul were great in my opinion. It was also too long for what it was, could've left about a handful of the songs off but he still did his thing. The producers were the real MVP
