It does matter if you are using fresh garlic or jar garlic bc jar no longer has potency, it’s in a jar yes it’s tedious it just makes the dish that much better🤗I’m a chef, no disrespect, just love🤗❤️🤗
It doesn't matter what YOU choose to do. To her, the lost taste is worth the convenience. Maybe its not to YOU but that's okay because we can all do what we want.
Stop at the addition of a little butter, then remove from heat, drizzle a little vinegar on it. It's delicious! This sounds good too, but the simpler ingredients taste excellent.
thank you for giving me the idea to add the cream to my spinach dish. i was originally just going to top it with melt y cheese but this was SO much better.
I made this recipe today for Sunday dinner and this is the best creamed spinach I have ever had in my life. This would be an awesome base for a spinach artichoke dip.
Before my eyes opening learning experience about oxalates and toxic super foods I would it say healthy!! But now I know better, Thanks to Sally K Norton.
I like your version way better than the version I see making a rue and adding freshly ground nutmeg. Like I’m the mom whose spinach is sitting in the back of fridge about to go bad. What the heck do you think would be happening to a little ball of fresh nutmeg in my fridge😂😂😂
This reminds me of boarding school where they would throw cheese in all the vegetables to get the kids to eat them. I used to beg the dietician to let me have veggies without all that fat.
Fun fact you can put the whole bag of spinach in the freezer before it goes off or slimy. No feed to thaw out, put it straight into your dishes and pronto spinach it is 😂
@@cheysingh Damn, managing babies and making that delicious content, especially when you aren't from the very industry... Commendable!!! Keep going girlll!
this looks extremely heavy and probably dry, I feel like a bit of white wine or even just vinger would loosen it up a little and improve texture what do you think?
I know you are more less being sarcastic about a full-blown rotting bag of spinach. LOL but Let me tell you something ... if I have a bag of spinach rotting in the back of my refrigerator the last thing Id be doing is cooking It... the fact that I am a professional chef really has a lot less to do with it and more so my OCD when it comes to my obsession with cleanliness and organization. ALL of my refrigerators get cleaned out and inventoried every 3 days.. work and home... I won't even go to sleep at night knowing there's a dirty cup in my sink let alone rotting food in my refrigerator .... No No and No .... On a more pleasant note You did good with the spinach dish... I make something very similar and your version looks fantastic 👍🏼
She called me out i do got spinach in my fridge lol
It’s the reason we looked for this recipe 😂
Hahaha

There is research on jar garlic.
Garlic is best consumed fresh.
I always do fresh or confit style

Love seeing different varieties of oil in the background. I have a similar situation here.

“Rotting in back of frig” killed my appetite 😂
But I’m gonna try this eventually.
Ingredients sound amazing 👍🏾

Made this for my husband and it was a hit. Thank you!

I'm captivated by the mustard oil
This is what i needed
Yum

Damn so called out
About to make
I never have a bag of spinach lol. I love it I just want a new recipe😅
I did have a bag of spinach about to rot in my fridge. I made the recipe and it was delicious. Got any recipes for butternut squash 😊
Wow, tons of butter and cheese.
You did call me out... I have two bags 😅😅
Before my eyes opening learning experience about oxalates and toxic super foods I would it say healthy!! But now I know better, Thanks to Sally K Norton.
So the same way you make Alfredo, it's bound to be good then lol

Real question. Is butter and olive oil necessary? Is the butter for taste?
This reminds me of boarding school where they would throw cheese in all the vegetables to get the kids to eat them. I used to beg the dietician to let me have veggies without all that fat.
Called out😅

I have 3 bags. Good thing it shrinks down lol
😂looks yummy 😊
My bag of fresh spinach is in the freezer cuz I know I can't be trusted enough to leave it in the fridge 😅
😂😂 OK I just tried this today. Nice I had fresh spinach though.
Do you work in the food industry, your recipes say so!!
What's your full time job btw?
I don’t 😅 I’m a teacher, but currently home while my babies are small ❤️

I thought you were supposed to steam the spinach seperately
yummy looking heart attack!
Some Cheese Ravioli too .
There was nothing of that spinach left. It was an idea for a vehicle for butter and cheese.
Lol. I just threw mine bag out. I should’ve watched this first
Add some pasta and you have a meal 😋

I feel attacked 😢
Spinach should go in the freezer
It's not a recipe....it's butter cheese curry😂
Cholesterol left the chat
That’s just 6 different forms of cow fat and some red pepper
What do you think cream is
Man that’s just straight up butter and cheese with spinach 😂😂😂😂
Now just add cooked pasta and cooked chicken and bam dinner.
Why do Americans always have to add to much butter and oil 😂
I thought you weren't supposed to cook baby spinach as it turns slimy. Mature pla tshold up better
Not spinach, grapes.
I always add bad olive oil ... 😵💫
Greens covered in fat. Defeats the purpose
Needs nutmeg... And less cheese.
Ruin a highly nutritious food by smothering it in cream
Too much dairy products
Well it looks like I'm going to call you out. That's not healthy.
Uhh, it would only be a call out if I had ever claimed this was healthy. Nice try, tho!
If your spinach is rotting then for the love of God don't cook with it.
Chop garlic from a jar and fresh garlic yes it does matter huge difference love huge
Too fattening.
