His version of this is just an astounding achievement in soulful vocal control. The way he makes his voice break intentionally is just insane. I read once that when he done that while recording Seven Spanish Angels the engineer stopped the tape and told him his voice cracked. He just calmly went and pulled the engineer aside and said "that was intentional". They couldn't believe he could do things like on purpose and stay in key. He was just absolutely in a league of his own and always will be.

Let's comment on her unique vocal phrasing and voice! WOW! Norah has always been a favorite of mine and even penned a song for her but know not how to send it to her? Anyone know?
Unfortunately, if you're not a member of a songwriters guild such as S.G. of America there's little chance of it making up the chain. If, on the other hand, you can find the name of her management or official fan club (try that first) you can send it to her c/o them. Best of luck!
