I have been promoted twice in the same company in just that same year simply because of this and i have never failed any interview question
At the age of 25 i am now a credit manager for some institution and its all because of this. I am known as a confident person when it comes to interviews yet i used to be a nervous person when it came to interviews. I am truly grateful and always refer people to this and they have all gotten jobs.

I watched your vids and I just had a very successful interview. You said what to say if asked about how you handled a situation where you had conflict with another worker. They asked. I gave your answer about finding a common interest with the guy and then bringing up that common interest with the guy and how it made him open up to you. I used your example word for word and they loved it. I also used the 3 questions to ask at the end of the interview. They ate it up. They even remarked that most people don't have questions for them. Thanks.

@@CareerVidz ima bit embarresed to admit I dont think I passed the first round but its from my lack of pre interview game planing and really studying the job description being able to articulate how I will fit into the team and my job once its interview time lol they seem to like my resume its just my nervousness at the interview and seeming a little bundled when I answer I guess. I have to mean it to say it well and in order to mean it I gotta really do my leg work. No giving up. 👍

@@CareerVidz Hi, good morning, afternoon or evening!!! I'm here again to let you know I passed the interview. I was taken by surprised when I got the hotel when I saw 3 more candidates for the same position. But I was confident. We were interviewed separately. I believed the other candidates were good but I was better. The interview was easy. It was easier than I thought! I took it over. I was interviewed both in English and Spanish. I really impressed the front desk manager. And, of course, my resumé is good. Although the manager has a copy of it I took one with me as you advised it. I wasn't questioned about some of those questions you mentioned in your videos. That's I took the interview over. Maybe because the manager saw I had the background for the position. But I followed some tips you presented such as: Not to say I'm nervous (I used to say it), to wear dark blue and to look at the manager as a mirror. Those really good tips they are! In summary, your videos and tips really helped me to recycle my posture over an English interview and brush up my English as well. Thank you, thank you so much. You're the best! I'll keep on watching your videos and as I am a private English teacher, I prepare a book for job interviews to my students with your tips if you allow me. I'll began working on February 19th. So, I'll have some time off. Once again, thank you!

I would like your advice on how to professionally go about turning down a job (when you’ve had to choose another) what should I say in the email specifically. It is important to note that the job I’m turning down is one that I would reconsider in the future if needed which is why I want to be careful on how I go about it.

I been asked by interviewer..how would you change behaviour of bad employees who willingly performing bad
How did you answer? :)
Pointers like 1. Dont ignore such behaviour 2. Talk in 1 on 1 ..tactfully and listen to undertand carefully 3. Be a part of solution to make person feel part of team. 3.showing big picture about organisation, their carreer and impact on team.
As such i have fired person in past after trying direction, instruction and motivation for a year...he wasnt moving ahead..and thats the real faireness to do as it buisness end of the day.
to get a job need to say all those things.. something is wrong unless you are get paid at least double the medium income. I work for you because I need money. and I will work for you as long as I can't find a better one
