I believe the best part that took the win was the question at the end I asked,which I never had done previously befofe,..."how is a person who is in said positions success measured?" The question "What motivates you?" I automatically went to wjat motivates me in life instead of professionally and I didn't answer to the best of my ability. I think i get what you meant in q.14 where the manager sacked the team member due to him making really little progress. I'm sure he didn't leave by his own choice. Sadly, once it happened to me. So being slow and making little progress means only 1 thing: Dismissal.
