Hi, I am always anxious before and during interviews. I am well skilled and experienced in my current field. I watched your behavioral Interview questions and was able to come up with good answers with real time situations. I passed the interview, which was with the test manager.
Now they have scheduled me for the next round interview with VP of IT. I need your guidance. Please let me know which video I should start watching if you have already made the video on this topic. These re very tough questions. I like the examples u gave & the confidence u exude while giving them. Am not very good at talking (will rather write). Thus don't usually sound convincing during interviews. However, I am a very creative & intelligent person. What can I do to improve my performance at interviews & progress in my career?

Hi Richard I’ve been watching your videos for a long while and I had 2 interviews 2 days apart and I have been offered the first one and accepted and due to start soon but I am expecting to receive an offer shortly from my preferred role in the next few days! This means that I will now have to resign from my new role potentially within the first week! Nerve racking situation tbh as the timelines did not coincide. Do you have ant advice as the offer I’m awaiting for is a far better opportunity for many reasons!

How do you make the answers not sound fake; Especially if there is no proof that my answers are honest? To me, many of these answers just don’t seem genuine.
Do be yourself and honest, just take inspiration and learn how you can best portray your skills from these answers :)
