This was great, I have been researching "how to become a genius kid" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Ronny Geniusify Epiphany - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin got cool results with it.
Valuable information. But I am subscribing for the superb audio quality. I am an EMT right now looking to learn a different skill set. But I have never been very good in school. This video clears up my imagined idea that I need to know algebra to code, lol. Thank you sir. Cheers.
I can't say for sure if that works for everything, but you certainly don't need to be smart to learn to program. Of course the word "smart" is subjective and means different things to different people.
Does anyone else question their intelligence level when they are learning to code, that maybe one is lacking the intelligence to learn this skill to the level that is required to be employed as a developer?
@@psychedelictacos9118 I am not a Java developer, but a frontend web developer. And to answer your question, well, I guess the job being stressful or not depends on the work environment, not language. Currently I am working in a department that makes software for internal use of the company. And its certainly less stressful than it was when the company I worked for had an external client. Deadlines are one of the main differences.
@@RysioACF Oh okay cool, my main fear of getting into development would be the stress associated with the job but it seems okay the way you describe it.
are you familiar with programming for HS teaching positions? I am 30 years old and will start community college this fall. I like math and programming, although I am only a year old into my programming adventure. I know teaching varies from country to country, but do you know what are some tips/requirements for teaching computer science for High School?(fom the countries or people that you know of)
I did some teaching some time ago, but don't know specifically what the requirements are and no doubt they would change from country to country. Kids are smart so you wouldn't want to dumb the course down. I'd aim to make it more fun, perhaps making a game instead of a boring (to them) business program, that type of thing. And use concepts and things they would relate to.
@@TheLearnProgrammingChannel Thanks, I hope I can become a teacher and make it fun like you say. The last thing I would want is for the students to become disinterested in programming so early.

Thank you so much for the video. Sometimes I feel depressed thinking I am not smart enough for being a programmer. I'll keep working hard.

Thanks so much its deeply appreciated.

Always inspiring!
You don't need to be smart to learn anything, but being smart makes learning anything easier.

With learning of the core programming language are we able to work easier with new updates?
I am not 100% sure what you mean. Is this a topic you want me to create a video on?

Programming makes people smart!
Really man it makes us question about the entire process... How to construct it from scratch.
as long as it's not ctrl-c ctrl-v without trying to figure out how it actually works.

learn to program, but don't become a software developer. apply it elsewhere and standout from the rest
Atleast 115 IQ to be a programmer.
