Yes! I know mushrooms can be hit or miss for some people. I do include instructions in the blog post about how to include mushrooms if you want to use them 😉

If it is vegan, you can't use poultry seasoning.

poultry seasoning is just a mix of dry herbs - thyme, sage, etc. 😉
