This is our final video from Seoul, before we are heading over to Japan next! We were super impressed by this city and its different faces. Let us know what your thoughts are on Seoul and South Korea in general!
The Chinese Castle was built in 1420 Gyeongbokgung Palace in South Korea was built in 1390 and China was modeled after the Joseon Dynasty after the Mongol Colony.

I lived in seoel when I was 10 years old, 50 years ago. Big big city then, even bigger now. Still have fond memories. Strange foods for a Dutch 10 year old! Would like to visit again to see what I remember….
@@DeanaandPhil amazing that you find time to react to my post. sure, half a century ago and I still remember. Boiled pig heads at the market. But back then Korea was a developing nation. The thing I remember best is the reverence and calmness of the monks. Very special…
I guess you'll be back. 😉 I don't know how much all regions of the country differ based on food, but like I said before, Jeju Island is reportedly an experience of its own, not just food. EDIT: I'm still watching, so if it'll be later in the video, sorry. There's a German village, IIRC founded by Koreans who lived/worked in Germany.
