Wish I had done this 25 yrs ago. Thanks psych2go, huge game changer. Love all your vids though. They help me through a highly unstable time in my life.

Whenever I feel saddened, emotionally unhealthy, or feel negative, I rush towards this channel and listen to that soothing voice. It helps me calm down, and re-energize myself, and to remind me that I am worth it and I am a person who can achieve so much. Its that mental war that I (and likely many others) have to battle within ourselves that says otherwise and we have to make sure that the positive side of us takes control and wins the battle. Today is one of those days where Im feeling negative and feel like not doing anything but thankfully I felt much better after watching these videos. Thank you!

Am I the only one who gets in a better mood when watching videos from this channel? I literally woke up with the wrong foot today and got better when I started watching this. Thanks Psych2Go for existing in our lives!
I love listening to your videos. The way you narrate makes me feel like I'm actually talking to someone. And it's someone who understands me so it improves my mood a lot. Thank you Psych2Go!
I think I'm definitely most guilty of social media. It's a love hate relationship lol Learning to acknowledge my feelings has been a process. I think the tricky part is when issues arise with another person and trying to talk things out and tell them how I feel becomes an issue. The mindset of feelings making a person (too) sensitive or when you have feelings to "just get over it" has brought a lot of conflict. I've learned that sometimes the only person who will acknowledge my feelings is me but having such conflicts has made it difficult at times. Learning self care has been something I've been striving to do also. Sometimes I feel like I'm being irresponsible because I do things for myself whether I go eat at a nice restaurant, buy 3-5 books at once 😅, or take myself on a date. I have to remind myself I need a break to do something I like, not just something I need and that it's not like I don't pay my bills and take care of my basic needs. Thank you Psych2Go for another awesome video! I know I named my few that I'm guilty of and/or working on but I enjoy finding ways to live a healthier lifestyle altogether. I appreciate your channel 💖
I neeeeded this thank you! 😭💕💕💕 Having very hard times for my mental health. Australian borders are closed for international students and online classes make me feel so isolated and depressed.., also I haven’t seen my partner who’s there for two years ;-; your channel helps me out so much, really 💕

Hey psych2go 😊 thanks for you're videos. Since the covid pandemic, I've been stuck alone at home with no one to talk to and sometimes it gets the best of me. I slowly started to be demotivated doing my work that I used to love. But listening to your videos gave me hope that I'm not alone.
Psych2Go is so helpful ♥️♥️ My parents wouldn't talk to me, every time I try to, they literally change the topic to something educational and start talking about how my studies are going. My sister understands few things, but she says that I cry for no reason. 😭😭
This was a really nice video! I suffer from a lot of self doubt and was diagnosed with insomnia a year ago. So when I found your channel it was amazing and I hope to see more videos like these ☺️
Being someone with no health insurance (great USA living being a broke young 22 yr old) these videos mean so much today. I’ve bottled up so much for so long and feel I’ve lost myself.
All these videos are quite lovely. They inform my behaviour in my practice (I’m an RMT), they help me stay calm with my family & friends, they help me focus on what’s important in my own system. Thank you for posting these videos. This one, I have to say, made me smile enormously!
This might be the most well presented, calming, info filled, insightful & relatable video I have ever I watched. I loved how you shared relatable stories and things that have happened in your life to connect with the viewers, as always your voice was calm and relaxing and how you kept linking back to past information to remind our brains, like the "straighen up your back" link when talking about social media, a point made at the very start of the video braught back to refresh our minds really had a flow to it, I personally felt comfortable listening to you, amazing video, Good Job!!
Perfecting your posture Learn to acknowledge what you are feeling (let it all out) (why am I upset?) Get enough sleep Exercise regularly Make socialization part of your routine (Friends and family) Think before you act Breath regularly Be present in the moment Take a break and practice self care Don’t make social media a habit Eat healthy
So I have anger issues when I was younger like 12 and 13 I couldn’t control it I would lash out in class it would usually end up with me getting sent out of the class I hated myself over it this never happened to anyone else so why was it happening to me why can’t I just be regular those are the kinda things I would say to myself but then I found this Chanel what I found the best about it was the fact that you treated stuff like me lashing out in class was a thing that could happen to anyone and now I know it is I’m doing much better now I’m 15 now have a girl friend and a ton of great friends that help me threw my problems and also I worked things out with my teacher so thank you for all the helpful videos and keep up the good work because you literally change lives
Everyone who wants to improve their mental health at these times I hope you'll be successful I actually have a good mental health if i compare myself from the things mentioned accept SLEEP YEAH 😅!!

All these videos are quite lovely. They inform my behaviour in my practice (I’m an RMT), they help me stay calm with my family & friends, they help me focus on what’s important in my own system. Thank you for posting these videos. This one, I have to say, made me smile enormously!
This was exceptionally well written and so much fun to listen. Thank you Psych2Go team ❤️
This might be the most well presented, calming, info filled, insightful & relatable video I have ever I watched. I loved how you shared relatable stories and things that have happened in your life to connect with the viewers, as always your voice was calm and relaxing and how you kept linking back to past information to remind our brains, like the "straighen up your back" link when talking about social media, a point made at the very start of the video braught back to refresh our minds
really had a flow to it, I personally felt comfortable listening to you, amazing video, Good Job!!
