A baggy? More like a nice big sack. They don't have much meat but they are great. I've never tried it cuz I'm allergic to shellfish and I'm a commercial fisherman how strange is that but I heard they hang out and the type of grass where you will catch sea trout that's just what I heard never tried but it's really good it's a lot of fun to take the kids. You guys did great if that was the first time you want first time we went we just thrown back we couldn't find enough to make a meal LOL. I heard it's like fishing you got to find your spots but remember I don't do that kind of fishing just keep on keeping on you'll find them by buckets.

#ceviche ..pro tip swim into the current look for the shiny blue eyes. Once you know what to look for it gets easier. We put ours in ice bath it seems to get them all to open up...tight lines

I run out of steinhatchee every year look for grass patches and low tide makes it easier and fish offshore for snapper and grouper there. Heading back next Saturday
