I’m really struggling to find the best epoxy resin and Gardner that won’t yellow and is UV resistant, can you send me a recommendation for what you use?
I'm not the video creator, but I get mine from Easy Composites in the UK who also ship to Europe, if you want some cheaper CF to practice with, they occasionally do rolls of "black stuff" (about 18 Euro per square metre) which isn't quite as tightly woven as that used in this video, but performs just as well. Once you're happy with working with CF you can then buy more expensive CF (about 25-30 euro per square metre) to work with.

What do you use for the carbon to adhere to the part? Spray adhesive?
Yes, 2 component high temperature resistant glue, spray on carbon and parts
