But if you go fast to that platform, before he moves from that position, you can - If you have good timing to beat him only using the vampire killer (not twirl the whip, only straight lashes). He will be beaten and his face will be moving towards and backwards, and unable to react. This also works with alucard.

In most versions, you must beat the game without killing Richter, then in the new game name select enter Richter and you will play as him, just don't get hit till you grab some Life max ups or you will die in 3 hits
Like Alucard's input commands, Richter replaces High Jump with an uppercut and replaces Alucard's Hellfire with a dash that leaves him invincible for the duration of the dash
No, he spent them, Knife Crashes only costs 10 hearts, he started with 99 (Max for Richter) and ended with 59. You'd probably didn't see that because of 144p quality
