I have been learning about productivity for several years. I've read and watched a lot on the topic. The framework Janis shares skips the fluff and OCD stuff and is a simple, powerful framework that 1) works and 2) is very doable.
Though I find this video orderly and instructive I've noticed so many purveyors of self improvement neglect to mention how far people have already come, and the wisdom of listing those accomplishments, otherwise discontent grows, by continually being encouraged to view what is ahead and not appreciate how far we have travelled. As an aside, I've written enough for more than thirty books, and I'd never aim at writing 1000 words each session/day it's too much and too stressful day after day. With my main book which I worked on for twenty years every day I began with a simple sentence and selected three words at random each session to form narrative, and continued the story that way. Best time of my life. GG
