Loved this workout format. It made the time go by so quickly! Especially loved the second half. It reminded me of a pyramid format which is one of my favorites. Thank you for all you do!
This was so great!!! I honestly didn’t think that I could get through another round but Chris was switching moves so fast that I forgot that I wanted to give up and finished the whole thing 😂😂😂 totally feel it in my glutes today, the best feeling ever! Loved the guests and whatever was happening with that lamb stuffy 😂🤣🤣🤣 fun, energetic, super strong workout, thanks ladies! ❤❤❤

Thanks Chris and guests. Don't usually do more than 30 minutes strength as I do love to add on another 30 mins of cardio or HIIT but already getting warm here in Melbourne Aus today at 9.45am so decided to do the 50 minute strength. I can probably do heavier weights but my elbow's hurt a bit with the hammer curls so just sticking to my 3kg. My 71 yo body's starting to wear out probably! love Maggie from Oz.
So, after two weeks of inactivity I was able to join the workout with only 3lb weights. I was able to do the entire workout and sweat too. I will take it slowly the next few days until I feel strong enough for heavier weights. Loved the workout

I woke up this morning just having one of those days where I was feeling kind of blah about my body and how it doesn't look exactly like I wish it did. Then I did this fantastic workout and I was like "heck yeah look how strong I am!" Did anything physically change about how my body looked from before to after the workout? No. But mentally it made me feel so much better and appreciate what my body can do. I think that is a really overlooked benefit of working out, especially strength training. Loved working out with you, Tara, and Kendra! I also followed this up with the stretch you linked at the end. That one is one of my favorites and you just can't not feel amazing after that. Thank you!

I’m in the after party gang, and when compound moves are involved, I used to need to hit pause in between segments… I was so proud when I didn’t need to do do that with this one because it was a challenging class! Loved this workout! I liked the format of doing the entire workout through once, and then repeating it. It's a nice alternative to doing the same block 2 or 3 times in a row. I just love how you have so many different types of workouts in so many different formats - something for everyone! I LOVE Love on the Spectrum too! I binge watched it with my 2 teenage boys - its such a good model for how to date respectfully and with kindness (even when breaking up with someone)! I hope my boys are taking notes! If you and Kevin haven't already watched Down for Love, you will love it too. It follows people with Downs Syndrome in New Zealand as they date and try to find love. It is such an excellent show as well. Anyway, thank you for everything you do for us, Chris! I am so grateful that I found you and your awesome community!!

There were so many things I loved about this class! I loved the moves, I loved having guests because it makes me feel like I'm part of a class, I loved Louie's antics with the giant Lambchop, and I loved that Anna was there the whole time because she's usually so elusive. I was dying when she started licking Tara's armpits. 50 minutes flew by! Thanks, Chris, Tara, and Kendra!
