Very good exercise..... I scrolled all the way to the bottom that's where you usually find the best ones.. thanks !!!can you do it sitting down or do you suggest suggest standing up?
Thank you for the comment! Yes, you can do this exercise either sitting or standing. You may want to start sitting and work your way to a more functional position, i.e. standing. Good question!
If your toes are curling instead of staying straight you'll be strengthening the wrong muscles, but not to worry, you can try using a lighter resistance band, and/or try doing soft tissue work on the bottoms of your toes to get those muscles to ease up and so you can straighten your toes. Working with the feet is challenging and it takes a lot of brain power, literally. You're developing brain pathways down to your feet similar to if your were trying to write with your non-dominant hand. Keep it up, you'll get better the more you try!
Great job, solid compilation of the Gait Happens material. Super helpful. Cheers!
