Some reason in Australia, I just got airpods pro for 13usd more than the airpods 4 with ANC. Was such an easy decision because of these features. And also, you can use an apple watch charger on the pro 2 case!
Same! I charge it on my Apple Watch puck and love the versatility. I have a dual port charger with lightning and my Apple Watch charger. It’s all I need for my apple ecosystem.

If the Airpods 4 are smaller in the ear compared to the Airpods 3 its a buy. I still use my OG Airpods 2 with the long stems because they are small and don't hurt my ears

I get ear pain from my pro2s when I’m flying. I think it’s from the inner ear pressure imbalance caused by the seal of the tips. I feel like the open air design of the AirPods 4 will help with that and still give me decent noise cancellation im excited. Keep up the good work!
Dude That could be plain placebo, the pros 2 and 1 literally have a hole in its chasis specifically for pressure relief within the earbuds you can literally feel the difference between the pros and earbuds that lack the vent
You should not get the AirPods 4 unless you _really_ don’t like the in-ear tips. The AirPods Pro 2 are regularly discounted on Amazon (I got mine for $169 a couple months ago).
Recently switched from the AirPods Pro 2 to the AirPods 4 Noise Cancelation and I like the 4 a lot more only issues with the Pro 2 is I feel like I have to constantly adjust them.

I use them for GPS directions while still being aware of my surroundings as well as still ise sound to navigate. I haven’t purchased a set of AirPods since that version which was around 2018-2019. I have the first version of the AirPods from max. Those are a little too heavy. I have a smaller head being a small person so they fall off my head when I lay down. Do is taller than me by an inch.

My noise reduction in airpods pro 2 works like contact mode with one diffe-rence: it slightly muffles the surroun-dings, nothing else. The voice of the in-terlocutor, passing cars, etc. can be he-ard as if in contact mode. regular AirPods Pro work like earplugs in noise re-duction mode, whereas in the 2nd gene-ration they don't work at all.
