Great video but when you mentioned breaking the pick I realized I haven't seen a video like that from you and it would probably be a great learning experience to see you fix the bad from there. You're a natural teacher.
Now I do recall having discovered one of those heavy spring + t-pin combination in chamber #5 of a standard 5-pin lock I had gutted. What's the name of the keyway used in this one? Thanks.
Assuming there was nothing special in the bible of note worthiness. Explains why no added mention. Another picking well done. Enjoying the videos Bill. 👍
i wish i knew why i like watching this channel... i dont pick locks professionally (nor unprofessionally!) but certainly i enjoy the channel... about the only thing i do with a lock is put the right key in....and go through the door.. :-P
gabeHTMN I've broke dozens of picks,,if you pick locks get use to it,,if you have a pick you like the best then by extra,,my go to pick is a sparrow short hook I buy 10 -15 short hooks at a time,,the harder the lock the more broken picks
hi boss why do you use such a nice swiss army knife to cut the tap they are worth so much more i tryed to get one but they cost so much but i love watching you pick locks i learn all the time
It's kinda weird to watch these videos because in finland we got pretty much only ASSA-ABLOY disc locks. It's mostly easier to break door than pick the lock itself.
Yeah I saw the 850 stamped on the lock and then I saw the name in the title and thought "that's gotta be local" lol I've been doing maintenance on the beach for a while so I know just about every company from FWB to PC and you guys were always professional. Good luck, man.
bill do you realise? no you couldn't have left that particular item on your work bench showing on 📷. trying to help bill get that out up before someone catches seeing what it is. please bill it's just laying in plane site for public view. I'm sure you don't want people seeing that information about you. good show bill. I just don't want you getting trouble sir I enjoy all your stuff u do.
Thanks Bill! I can't believe you actually made a video on it! I'm a huge Fan. I'm making a new lock for you at the moment. Get ready for some more fun
what keyway was that?
Christopher Walter We call it a Lori Keyway. It's from Clark, restricted key way
Great video but when you mentioned breaking the pick I realized I haven't seen a video like that from you and it would probably be a great learning experience to see you fix the bad from there. You're a natural teacher.
Great picking bud! That was a very paracentric keyway indeed! I'm glad you didn't break the pick because I probably would have. Keep on picking!
I'm a big fan of using different types of springs, doubled up, half, etc. I wish I knew a source for those super stiff springs.
The Lock Picking Lebowski I used Ilco Bump Halt Springs.
Thank you, my good sir. I never heard of those before.
Now I do recall having discovered one of those heavy spring + t-pin combination in chamber #5 of a standard 5-pin lock I had gutted. What's the name of the keyway used in this one? Thanks.
It's called a Lori Keyway, Made by Clark. The Ilco key name is LRH-20
Thank you. That keyway would've whipped me.
Whoa, NICE pinning tray, Bill. Havn't seen that one pop up before.
That is a Clark Security restricted keyway, made by Ilco.
Assuming there was nothing special in the bible of note worthiness. Explains why no added mention.
Another picking well done. Enjoying the videos Bill.

J. Wilson Yeah. I didn't add anything up there

Amazing Picking Bill & Very Cool Lock 🔐. Keep up the great work. Nick.

Swiss knife 1 -- Key 0
THIS!
Everytime Bill does it, I cry a little. ;)
How can you tell the difference between a correctly set pin and an overset one when picking?

Nice, a to z is from my neck of the woods.
nhojyelbom That's awesome! Hope you come visit us
Hey Bill, could you do a video talking about picks breaking since as a novice, I've broken a pick and didn't expect it to break
you're gonna break some no matter how good you are. Just need to be careful and have a vast array of picks so you always have the right one.
gabeHTMN I've broke dozens of picks,,if you pick locks get use to it,,if you have a pick you like the best then by extra,,my go to pick is a sparrow short hook I buy 10 -15 short hooks at a time,,the harder the lock the more broken picks
Nice, tough (last pick)!
great job. looked crazy hard to me
hi boss why do you use such a nice swiss army knife to cut the tap they are worth so much more i tryed to get one but they cost so much but i love watching you pick locks i learn all the time
Great looking keyway. Not impossible to pick, but still nice. (Of course, when I say "not impossible to pick" I am referring to Bill's Skills.)
I think you switched the springs for 1 and 2...two was below the shear (not sure for the spelling sorry) line...
It's kinda weird to watch these videos because in finland we got pretty much only ASSA-ABLOY disc locks. It's mostly easier to break door than pick the lock itself.
Where do I buy a vice like that? Thanks.
What kind of keyway is that???
bill do you think you can crack 2 gougler locks?
Kaba total access has the same reverse Tpins and strong pins.
Randy Perkins That was my inspiration
Alexander Santiago yeah those specific pins were hard to pick. Never expected to find them in there when I gutted my first one.
Bloody T-pins; breaking picks!
how do you do it?
Clark platinum restricted keyway
I would like to see someone split the key pins in half vertically whether you grind 2 in half to fit as one it could be fun to watch bill pick that
GREAT SPP'D THANKS FOR SHOWING. 😎
SUNCOAST PICKER I THINK YOUR CAPS LOCK IS ON
awesome video bro 😀😀😀😀😁😁😁
those small springs might be bick lighter springs
It is a Rim cylinder not a Mortise cylinder.
I thought he broke his pick at 4:24
Wanted to see the Bible Mr.Bill
Larry G I didn't thread the Bible. It was standard.
Alexander Santiago ,thank you

xfallofmanx Yeah man! I had to get my company name out there! Emerald Coast!!!!!!
