Years ago there was a woman who moved into a downstairs apartment in a house across the street from us. We later found out that she had just gotten out of the hospital after her ex beat her. He was in jail but had friends and family follow her, so he knew where she moved. About a month after she moved in, he got out of jail on bond and broke into her place through the front door. She was standing across the room with a shotgun and killed him. She was not charged, but later did move again, making sure no one was following her.
You are required, by law, to keep your guns locked up, and keep the ammo locked in a separate cabinet. How did she unlock the gun cabinet, unlock the trigger lock, unlock the ammo cabinet and load the gun so quickly? I bet she set a trap for him and was waiting. But, being female, she can never be guilty.
@@cruisecrazy7066 Did the story come from Canada? If it wasn't, it can't exactly be called a trap if the dude willingly broke in through the front door. Even if it is grim, by law, she had the right to defend herself if she was in fear of her life on her own property and no, I'm pretty sure they're allowed to have their gun out.

The officer in charge here did well by policing. He knew the offender and knew who he was calling. Knowing the community and it's inhabitants is what policing is about. This was handled well.
Yes it was handled well. However, that's partially due to the man respecting the Officers authority, not resisting or other shenanigans. If you watch this particular black girl who was in a car that was speeding and pulled over at a Walgreen's you can see why these things turn bad. And most of the time, it's certainly not the Officer's fault. ua-cam.com/video/R-2CQuVWYfU/v-deo.html She tells the Officers that he can't do anything because he "didn't have his lights on." Then she tries to walk away. When he stops her, she fights and resists. Somehow this is "racism" to her. After all that, he gives her a no cash bond and let's her go. Easier said than done but sadly the stalker is possessive, they want control, threatens the ex and ex’s family if the ex leaves them, they’ll find them and hurt them or worse. A restraining order against a stalker doesn’t keep them away.
They can't let it go for multiple reasons depending on the individual. They may have drug addictions, a history of involuntary incelebancency, a sociopath who feels defeated and so on. In the end theyre not right in the head for whatever reason and it's dangerous to police that we have to summon them to deal with them while most do not have a sociology or psychology background.
When you get taken away something you liked there's two ways to react: "I didn't need it anyway" and "No, I needed that" Your bad experiences lead you to not try again, while his good experiences made him this way. It's completely about circumstances and individuals, there's no clear "This is better than that" for everybody.
The biggest gain is your own self respect and dignity. I wish I had walked away from one of my past Exes. The instant I caught her with lover boy, I should have forgot her. I got no legal trouble, but I feel like shit for carrying the torch for her. Only your kids are worth pining over. Since that time I've had some real whizbangs.... I don't even remember some of them.

Is it quite possible this guy was known by the cops and maybe the cops purposely initiated something using an undercover unit so that they could get probable cause to conduct a traffic stop?
I could never understand why orders of protection aren’t applied for the life of the offender, unless of course the woman wants it lifted. This guy seems like he could go off at a moments notice.
they can be it just depends on what is ordered. I had a permanent indefinite no contact protection order from my husband, and I had to petition the court to have it lifted after some time, and our divorce was finalized just to be able to communicate for the sake of our divorce settlement and the kids they take that sort of thing very seriously any protection order I’ve ever had I didn’t ask for and I couldn’t get rid of it even if I wanted to, so I’m sure if the victim were to request that and provide supporting documentation they normally do not have a expiration date at least not in my state. I don’t know how it works there there can be a temporary order of protection, and that’s normally only for a very short amount of time like a couple weeks or some thing before a court date can be held to establish if the need exist to have a permanent one, in which case there’s usually not an expiration date it’s usually in definite in my experience and I guess in my husband’s experience as an attorney but I don’t know how it works. In this particular state it very well may be different.

They can't be. They are not the judge and they are not supposed to take sides. Technically stalking isn't illegal until they starts taking pictures of the person in their own home or on privet property without the owner's permission. Everything out in public is public domain so taking pictures is ok. Following someone is ok.
It is messed up that that is why it is hard to get stalking charges done and why officers really can't do anything.
@@jessicapearson9479 stalking is certainly a crime here in the states with things like following someone, harassing them, taking unwanted pictures, possibly threatening them all compile on each other to produce criminal stalking. While it is true you can follow a famous person and take photos so long as they aren't a minor/afraid for their life on the US regular citizens are entitled to some degree of privacy and things like restraining orders just make the act criminal faster than it would be otherwise

This guy is a horrible liar. Find something else Bud…. You’re not good at this
Stupid people usually are terrible liars.
Plot twist: it was actually him who threw his ‘friend’ over the bank there.
Whenever you're questioning the validity of someone's statements and/or actions and they begin to say things that have nothing to do with the situation at hand and are meant to incur sympathy (i.e. "I'm hopefully about to get an apartment, I'm working with So-and-So who helps the homless/It's sentimental, I go there cause it's where Tony got dead" etc) they're as near as possible to certainly, lying. Also if they use phrases like "I'll be honest with you" or "Well, truthfully..." and things like that - 🤥🤥🤥
He also gave himself away with "I'm totally over that shit/I know she's got her little boyfriend."
It's really good he's off the streets for the time being. His particular combination of past incarcerations, meth addiction, jealousy, obsession, deviant sexual behavior and what seems to be a case of congenital mental instability - will quite often make for a *very* dangerous individual.
As a loner and often misunderstood eccentric myself, I typically have a good deal of empathy for lonely, alienated men on the outskirts of "polite" (LOL!) society. Particularly in today's post 3rd wave feminism, "P.C.," anti-straight "White" male, polyamorous/sexual survival of the fittest - I'll call you when I'm a used up 35 year old ash tray with 2 or 3 wedlocked kids and "sick of (no longer sexual appealing to) assholes" zeitgeist.
Individuals like this creature though are a different sort entirely. They're not a victim of a misguided, egocentrist and oversaturated modern condition - they're reality detached lunatics incapable of any even remotely healthy human interaction. Who when sprinkled with meth, institutionalized and nothing left to lose, become a ticking time bomb.

Yeah, it takes a real big man to stalk and terrorize a woman. Every time this guy opened his mouth, a lie came flying out. Cops did a great job on this. I really appreciate a cop who knows the community he serves.

After a year it's safe to assume that unless she became a nun she has another lover.
Hell, it's reasonable to assume she acquired one before she dumped this guy.
@@Momusinterra wow… that’s a lot of assumptions.
And most of the time, it's certainly not the Officer's fault. ua-cam.com/video/R-2CQuVWYfU/v-deo.html
She tells the Officers that he can't do anything because he "didn't have his lights on." Then she tries to walk away. When he stops her, she fights and resists. Somehow this is "racism" to her. After all that, he gives her a no cash bond and let's her go. So, it goes well when people respect the Police. It doesn't go well when people don't respect them. And there's very little respect for Cops now days, thanks to one particular Political party.

😅 I know, right!
When a relationship ends, just move on man. Not worth the trouble. Just be alone. It’s easier
Easier said than done but sadly the stalker is possessive, they want control, threatens the ex and ex’s family if the ex leaves them, they’ll find them and hurt them or worse. A restraining order against a stalker doesn’t keep them away.
Especially when you have all the ‘alone’ gear in the car already :o)
They can't let it go for multiple reasons depending on the individual. They may have drug addictions, a history of involuntary incelebancency, a sociopath who feels defeated and so on. In the end theyre not right in the head for whatever reason and it's dangerous to police that we have to summon them to deal with them while most do not have a sociology or psychology background.
When you get taken away something you liked there's two ways to react:
"I didn't need it anyway" and "No, I needed that"
Your bad experiences lead you to not try again, while his good experiences made him this way.
