Is there any preventative maintenance we should be doing or could do? To help pro long the life, I know put the proper things down the sewer line, avoid trees around it. Anything else?
It seems like every house I own one of my toilets cannot flush very well. Is this an issue within my own digestive system or some sort of terrible bad luck and if it’s the second option, how do I figure out where the problem is??

It's really just about how well it was installed and the material. Once it's in, there's not much you can do.
