Usually, when the back hurts or with mild disc herniation, I would recommend you to visit to a Dr and a good Yoga Therapist near you.
Few asana which can be helpful are:
1 Supta Tadasana
2 Ardha Pavan Muktasana
3 Pelvic tilt
4 Bridge pose
5 Kativakrasana
6 Mild Bhujangasana
When you practice it, make sure that you do it within the capacity. If possible, regulate the breath slow, long and deep.

How long should we stay in these asanas? I used to do 3 min each of the 84 I could do..lol...but is longer than 3 min ok if we can do it? Is 1 hour too long? Sadhguru says 2.5 hours is considered your siddhi Asana...when you can hold the pose for 2.5 hours you have mastered it

In yoga’s standing poses, there are two basic hip positions: closed hips and open hips.All yoga postures, whether standing, sitting, or inverted, utilize either an Open-hip or a Closed chip.
Open-hip postures
· Triangle Utthita Trikonasana
· Warrior 2 Virabhadrasana II
· Extended Side Angle Utthita Parsvakonasana
· Half Moon Ardha Chandrasana
· Wide-angle forward fold Prasarita Padottanasana
Closed-hip postures
· Revolved Triangle Parivrtta Trikonasana
· Warrior 1 Virabhadrasana I
· Pyramid Pose Parsvottanasana
· Warrior 3 Virabhadrasana III
sir... i have.. very.. very.. less.. flexibility, especially hips and leg parts... i am 19 years old. Is it possible to increase my flexibility after 18..if possible., how much time will it take to give me a good stretching capacity

1 Warm up practice
2 Stretching
3 Standing asanas
4 Sitting asanas
5 Prone asanas
6 Supine asanas
7 Breathing practice
8 Relaxation
Choose few simple and basic asanas to start with.
Go through our warmup, stretching and few simple asana posted in our channel.
