Remarkable playing! Flexible and creative touch. Delightful balance between bold bravura and poised introspection. Please note that these comments are coming from a "hide bound" harpsichordist -- which is saying something. Good stuff!
This is really a very fresh and deep performance. After listening your Bach's profound light, life seems easier and the soul keeps floating for quite a while.
The whole performance was stunning: delightfully contrasting colors in each dance movement, beautifully controlled phrasing and articulation, gorgeous clarity of sound and voicing. The courante was especially spritely and quick-footed and dazzlingly executed, but not speed for the sake of speed. It still danced as it should. What I really commend this performer for is her ornamentation in the repeated portions. Of course completely appropriate stylistically, but what an enormous challenge for the performer--with so many endless possibilities in elegant variations, the performer must in essence become a composer in service of Bach, a daunting challenge. But her choices were utterly lovely, personal and convincing. Bravo. A delight to listen to this masterpiece in the hands of this young artist..
Absolutely beautifully played. I can only hope to convey as much musicality as you do as I work on adding these beautiful partitas to my repertoire. JSB must must have a warm place for you in his heart as he listens from above! Many thanks and cheers from Sydney, Australia - David
Absolutely brilliant performance - an obvious genius playing the music of a genius. Beautiful, stunning, magnificent - well done and thank you young lady. Your beauty matches your interpretation of Bach, who would be so happy to have heard his music so perfectly performed.
Thank you Chelsea! Sweet and beautiful... there's nothing like a Steinway is there! I love your rendition of Bach's Partita 1. Brilliantly done.... Brava!
Magnifique interprète en effet. J'ai aussi écoute sa superbe version de la 2 ème sonate de Shostakovich. A placer parmi les toutes meilleures versons (et je n'oublie pas Gilels)
J.S Bach (1685~1750) Partita No.1 in B-flat Major, BWV 825, When He was moved from Kothen to Leipzig : Prelusium Slow - Allmande - Corrente like dancing in Itlay - Sarabande 3 slow - two Minu - The end part Gigue cross high Technic, I Love You... Now I'm watching playing Sonata No.11 in A Major, K. 331 (W.A. Mozart) - Grande Valse Brillante A-flat Major, Op. 34, No. 1 (F. Chopin)
Very well done. Excellent voicing, deep commitment and totally musical. A suggestion : dont accentuate the trills. At your level of playing you don't need to be precise in all corners of the music. Also be sure not to run off with the tempo.

She played this REALLY well, I am impressed!
I agree! Amazing job!
She is a pianist, you know, it's her job.
@@mitcherny6965 And there are pianists, who play professionally, who don't play this as well. Thanks for the snark though.

Out of this world!
by memory!!! I can't believe this!!! what an inspiration to keep trying this. I just started with the praeludium a couple of weeks ago!!
Une découverte! une rencontre!

Fantastic performance! Bravo! You are one of the greats!
absolute Spitze! Said by an in the real sense of the words an old violinist!
The Preludium is my favorite Bach piece. Never gets old. She plays it very nearly as well as Glenn Gould.

Truly superb and with marvelous fingering technique! A total delight! Thank you, Madame Wang! (from Canada)
Beautifully played. The melody sings out ... a pleasure to listen to you. Thank you from Dublin, Ireland.
Congratulations on your beautiful rendition, Chelsea

Love this. Best I heard 💗
A charming piano song and performance.
Magnifique left hand in your Allemande..I put this Partita on loop again and again
Loved 🥰 your Sarabande! A peaceful and relaxing sensation. Very different from your Gigue
Bravo, Wang! A great one of the master Bach
So beautifully played.

Gostei dessa pianista e como toda Bach

为什么老是看天上哈哈
bachod is talking
yah
Menuet 1 zu schnell gespielt...!
Pretty nice playing but why no ornamentation on the repeats??
She did ( 5.35 )
@@hansdekorver7365 Yes I missed that but much more ornamentation is needed. Listen to Andras Schiff
Every player has different tastes 😋
Great, but it could be improved a bit by having a better posture and letting the hand be more free, while also stop being so rigid. Anyways, good job
