I am new to your video’s and I have learnt quite a lot from you about eBay selling and reselling online, I have worked in wholesale business’ for a few years, and no one I know of has ever moved a warehouse with just a few people to help, it takes quite a few professional movers to do this, it’s a massive process….. So big props to you. I ran a small online business during the pandemic and wondered if you have looked into your logistics? There are better options for your business postage and Australia Post pick up your orders to post, well they used too, and you can buy cheaper mailers also. I’d be happy to help you with this. No charge, just because you have helped me here on your YT channel. I can save you hundreds or more. 😊

Im so not good with people crying but Ive been where you are more times than not over the past few years. Totally exhausted but having no choice but to keep going. I read a Facebook post the other day that said "Sometimes a woman will sit with her head in her hands, cry and say 'I can't do this anymore', but then wipe her eyes, get up and keep going with whatever needs to be done". That is so true. And Im a firm believer in that when things get overwhelming, and your completely exhausted to the point you think you cant do it anymore, a good cry is exactly what is needed.
Your warehouse will look awesome when its finished and you will be glad you did the move. And if you have to do it again, pay people to help. 🥰
As for your eyes, I ended up going to the optometrist as I was getting headaches and feeling sick from taking my glasses on and off. Well done, Mel. You have accomplished SO much, despite there being no access to the internet! You should be so proud of yourself. I know you can’t see it now, but once this transition is done and dusted, you’ll be thriving! Keep going - you’re nearly there! Hope you managed to get a massage - you deserve it! Sending so much love your way. Kate x

About broke my heart to see you cry. You do need a break, a massage and a day off. I'm sure by now you've had all that and so deserved. One hour at a time and you are doing awesome.

Give yourself some grace Mel. You’re doing great! We moved houses this year so I know how hard it is to move book inventory too. I was amazed that the unpacked books are actually on the correct shelves! Honestly, I didn’t expect that. I thought there would be errors, but that just shows how meticulously you moved the books from one warehouse to another. So give yourself a clap in the back for that! You will definitely enjoy your warehouse in the next few weeks, just not now.

    Hi there,
First off, take a deep breath-you’ve just accomplished something incredible. Moving an entire bookstore into a new warehouse is no small feat, and handling nearly 200 eBay orders on top of that? That’s a level of dedication and determination most people can only dream of.
Yes, things went wrong, and it felt overwhelming-but look at you, powering through it all. Challenges like this don’t define your limits; they redefine your strength. Every hiccup is a stepping stone to greater efficiency and success, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now.
Remember: you’re not just running a business; you’re sharing stories, knowledge, and joy with people through your books. That’s a purpose worth every ounce of effort.
You’ve already proven you’re capable of handling the tough days, so don’t forget to celebrate the wins-big and small. Keep going; brighter, smoother days are ahead!
Sending you loads of encouragement and admiration,
A cheerleader for all your hard work 📚✨

It was hard to watch because any of us resellers who have gone through big moves know the stress and hard work that goes into it. One final push and you'll be done. Then onto life as normal again. It's really hard right now, but just think of all you've done so far and how beautiful the space will be when it is done. You've got such a positive spirit and it shows, even in this tough scenario. All the best to you, Mel.

Hoping your daughters appointment went OK. My neice was diagnosed with celiac a couple of years ago . Big hugs to you ,keep smiling.

I've watched every video of your move the moment I see it's been posted, and even though I KNOW they were filmed last month and by now you are surely all tucked into your incedible new warehouse, I've still felt so worried about all the back-breaking work you had to undertake. I am so excited to see the finished product, but even more excited to hear about you taking some time off, getting ypur massage and other self-care you deserve, and getting a chance to enjoy your new space. Wish I wasn't all the way in Oregon, USA and could have come and given you a hand in the move, Mel!! Take care and hope your Holidays were lovely! ❤

We love you Mel, these videos are by far the best on UA-cam! 100% true raw emotions we Resellers go thru...nobody else shows this on thier videos, its all sunshine & rainbows....which is so very fake, but you are keeping it real!! when we moved from our 3 bedroom home with garage & shed to a 2 bedroom cottage, no garage, no shed, i was feeling exactly the same way you were here on this video, tired, stressed, items could not be found, had to compress everything, had to downsize our whole ebay store....keep fighting the good fight. your new warehouse is amazing!!!

Mel! You had me crying. But above all, you are truly inspiring. You are one of the hardest working people I know. When you couldnt find your eraser I wanted to come through the phone and give you a new pack of erasers, a hug, and stay there and help you put books away. You got this! We love you! 2025 is gonna kick ass at that new warehouse of yours. 🎉 ❤ from the States.

Oh Mel, please give yourself some grace!! You have been working your booty off for 2 weeks, and look how far you have come. It's all coming together so nicely. I know you look at all that still needs to be done and you are in overwhelm mode. You definitely need a day off. Get a massage...treat yourself. You deserve it!! You and Tom need to have a little days getaway, just to rejuvinate. God has you and will give you the strength you need to get through all of this. God Bless You!! 🙏❤

Mel, most of the hard work is done. Once all the books are stacked, picking will fly. The biggest problem you had to deal with was that you had to wait on other people to do their work. The space had to be cleared, the floor had to be painted, you couldn't get set up because you had to wait for the lights. You rose up and overcame those challenges and now you're almost there. Once the books are stacked and your stations set up, your good to go.

Lots of things had to be done just to get me moved into the new space but I’m just so very grateful to Thom for offering me his bigger space so I’m able to continue to grow my business. It was a hard couple of weeks and I should have hired some paid help to move the books. But it’s a great space now it’s been freshened up and I feel very lucky to have it.
