Great Drill. Awesome way to really groove the movement and add some volume with support to build strength in the transition. I often do them with the band hanging from above siting in the loop. Same stuff but both versions are good.
Kicking myself for not thinking of putting the band on the hooks, I've always done it with the band hooked around the rings and it just never feels right!
Thank you for the drill! Putting the band around the rack j-hooks is an amazing luxury, but in most places the rings and the racks are separate... I can loop the band on one ring but having to support it on the other one with my hand kinda messes up my concentration... do u have any tips to improve the situation ?
what would you recommend sets, reps, time domain for practice and improvement of muscle ups? My max Ring muscle Ups is 10. Would really love to use this to build strength adn confidence, but what is a weekly routine I could execute and build upon? Pleae and thank you.
