Liam is a multiple time world champ and has fought top Muay Thai competition, including legends like Saenchai. He’s currently signed to One Championship where he’s already laid down a devastating, highlight reel KO. With knock out power in both hands and some of the best leg kicks in the world Liam Harrison has stamped UK Muay Thai across the world scene and is an absolute beast - watching him smash some pad work out during his training sessions is one of the best ways to get motivated to hit the gym, and the pads, even harder.

People don't realise that pads holders risk just as much to holding pads is still taxing on the body to a degree
