- (English below) Am letzten Tag des 5-tägigen "K1 and Muay Thai Camp" fand der Workshop von Remy Bonjasky statt. Wie immer war Remy ein entspannter und motivierter Dozent und trotz aller Anstrengung für die Teilnehmer hatten alle Spass. ------------------------------------ On the final day of the 5-days "K1 and Muay Thai Camp" the Remy Bonjasky workshop took place. As always Remy was a very relaxed and motivated Instructor. Though it was quite exhausting everybody had fun there.

I´ve got huge respect for this man. He was always very respectful with everybody. I´m sick of disrespectful fighters nowadays. Remy set up an example. A fighter has to have honor and humbleness, the rest are just thugs
I didn't realize how much I try to mimmick the way Bonjasky fights until watching this. Remy Bonjasky needs to do more movies. He could easily become the next Schwarzenegger or Van Damme.

This video helped me pick up some new stuff... pushing your opponent to mess up his balance and set up for the knee... they don't teach these types of simple techniques at most MMA gyms... all they teach are punches and throws. I'm going favourite this. THANKS!

Great training. Nice techniques.
Yes, you recognized Danyo Illunga, Remy´s most succesful team member and IKBO champion 95kg.It´s his home gym there. And Janosch Nietlispach was also there to meet Remy the first time for becoming a member of team Bonjasky. He was able to convince Remy and became european champ 2 month ago.

@BuildingEmpireI think so as well. If you take part on one of his seminars or better the training-camps you´ll got the opportunity to become team member but only with very good skills and talents, of course. But Remy always talks a lot with his seminar participants particularly at the 5 days camps because there´s more time for such things. I know that the next camp is in near future. Its all about countering with remy. A good defense is everything with him. Always keeping his hands up waiting and waiting. I radther see a open fight attacking instead of waiting and scoring points. KO only.

@NBA770 Benutz einfach den Link in der Info. Entweder "K1 Stars live" oder "Bonjasky Academy." Findet regelmäßig statt und wenn du kein totaler Anfänger bist, ist es kein Problem sich anzumelden. Anfängern würde ich erstmal ein normales K1 Seminar zum reinschnuppern empfehlen. Sonst werden das 5 schwierige Tage. Ist kein Kindergeburtstag !!! Aber super Stimmung und Lernfaktor sind gegeben.

Für totale Anfänger würde ichs nicht empfehlen. Aber wenn du ein oder zwei Jahre dabei bist, auf jeden Fall. Vielleicht einfach mal einen "kleinen" Workshop in besuchen und testen obs schon reicht. Oben bei Info siehst du die Kontakt-Links für Seminare.

Hi . Ich kann dir in dem Fall nur raten, dich an Frank Mach zu halten. Frank ist ein netter Kerl, der dir bestimmt hilft. Ist ein Freund von mir. Es kommt natürlich auch darauf an, wie gut du bist. In das "Fighting-Gym" - Waldbröl hier im Video kommt nicht jeder ! Das ist das Sprungbrett ins Team Bonjasky nach Holland Wo willst du denn in Deutschland wohnen ? Nordrhein-Westfalen hat den Vorteil, dass hier die meisten Leute wohnen und viele Gyms existieren. Ausserdem nahe an Holland !!!

What do you mean ? There are a lot of muslims being active in K1 and so on ...
16 ounce are the ones u use for training with other people...
I use 10 oz. all the time. 16 oz. give you extra range and easy defense although they are heavier and give you a bit of a workout and extra padding. Pros vs Cons, I believe screwing up your range and defending effortlessly is not worth the workout and protection.
