Hi there, unfortunately I don’t have enough time to add captioning to all the videos. I’ve noticed that UA-cam does that automatically to English, I hope this can give you a little help 🙏🏼✨
Your other videos include auto-generated English captions. Maybe there's a switch (toggle) in your settings that turns on this feature? In one of the comments, there's a watcher in Thailand who is requesting captioning for this video as well.
The top-right corner could help you understand , just copy and paste to google and read more about the point he’s talking about , hopes thats help :’) !!
@@ghostpaper not procreate related but there are a lot of people for example on fiverr captioning videos. You can help newcomer artists out this way and make your videos more reachable.
I’ve had my ups and downs with my art over the years and trying to get it out there.. I’ve been stuck in a rut recently and decided to transition to digital art after acrylic painting for the longest time and this is really helping me with all the options I have.. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
Problem with tattoo designs is people want the art of their tattoo artist. And tattoo artists usually don’t want to tattoo designs they didn’t make custom
Dax McClellan not all. And not if they take it as a reference. You’re just helping to get their thoughts onto paper. I use to make pretty good money just from drawing tattoos out for people to take to the tattoo artist
I draw at work and I get like 3 customers at least each day asking if I do tattoos. Just publically draw or advertise you’re art, and if they like what you do, they’ll ask
Another thing that might be helpful (and definitely something I’m looking into...) would be creating assets and clip art for educators. Lots of teachers are suddenly working from home right now and not everyone is super computer-literate. Maybe they need help with interactive PDFs, handouts, lesson plans, animations, etc. I used to teach ESL overseas in Asia and it’s sometimes very difficult to find quality materials for my students. Just something to think about. Love the video! It was very informative!
As a teacher I can say this is definitely true. Sadly though, I think teachers are not super educated on respecting people's copyright and so sometimes just google and use whatever. Now, this is not true of creators on Teachers Pay Teachers, etc. who I think do a better job. Another thing teachers could use is templates for worksheets, etc.
You know, I always wonder if you could use procreate to make money. I'm so glad you made this video. This motivates me. Once Im dont mastering my artistic skills, I'll use your knowledge to not only make commission, but to spread the word if anyone wants to use their art skills to make money and not slave away. Which is what terrifies me to my bones.
Many thanks for all your help, and for so many tips and counselling. Amazing video!!! Very seldomly can we see explanations of how to make money or how to start businesses told so openly and with no obligation like in this video of yours. I hope that many people will be able to start a career, or will know of how to make some money with those so well explained 20 ideas. Even myself, already retired and practising Procreate on a dayly basis, will try to do something. Again: Thank you very much and congrats.
This video helps me out so much you don’t even know dude..... I’ve been wondering if it’s even potentially possible to live on your own by solely doing 12 commissions a month and charging 100 dollars for them (my situation btw) and I was always wondering what my other options could be. Thank you for being my superhero with this! ♥️
How do you get commissions? I know that artists create communities but that seems like a pipe dream for me. Is there any other way? Networking, perhaps?
Thank you for all of this! I was wondering if you have any advice for people who choose to pack and send their prints by themselves. For example, how to find a good print shop, what type of paper to print on, how to properly pack, etc. Once again, thank you for sharing your knowledge! I've been using Procreate for about a week and I've been watching your videos religiously to learn!!
Make detailed video on limited edition art prints!! How ti ho about it?? I havd many arrwork lying on harddrive just like that not uploaded online. You suggested a great idea.
Wow! Thanks for making this video. I am an aspiring freelance digital artist and this will help me a lot! More power! And more successful videos please!!!
Thanks Leo, very useful info here. I had seen your video a couple weeks ago but it was not showing up AT ALL when I searched for it yesterday, " ways to earn money as an artist/illustrator' "how to make money as" "where to sell your artwork/prints" etc NONE worked... Luckily after a couple of hours I found the account I was logged in when I watched this video. So you might want to look into your tags !
Awesome video. Just got an iPad for creative purposes. One thing I'm unsure of is i see mixed messages about raster vs vector. Do I need to vectorise everything I create on procreate before I can potentially sell it? If I keep it as raster it can only be sold at the same size or smaller than than the size I originally created the design in? Is that right?
I believe there’s some info on their Instagram page or on their website! If not, you can always try to DM them with a nice intro message - good luck! 👍✨
Very helpful video! Couldn't agree more with no.20.... Procreate is a great tool to make things easy when you are working with big animation projects. I always use it with adobe aftereffects to make 2d explainer type animations. :)
if anyone can build something as quality for procreate as "Creators Couture" assets, that are done by a photoshop guru, I'd buy. There is nothing but her work that is close to her work available. But get a wiggle on as I think she may be prepping for transferring her systems to procreate already, not sure.
Giro__ it’s not Dropbox or to save as ZIP then tap the “more” button and then tap procreate then it will import I have it from hazelong.com and gumroad.com/lalalamtfk

Check Teacherspayteachers website. We (teachers) are always one head ahead.
Excellent Idea. Thx for the suggestion

Now this is great content!
Thank you for your advice!

Hello, would you share how we can illustrate things for social media? Eg. stickers, animated stickers, photo filters.
Merci 🙏

You're right, with raster you have to think about size first, you can't easily vectorize anything afterwards

Hello there,
How do I submit my images to slow down studio ?

are there any good forums that you guys know about that allow you to offer your services to people (text designs and logo designs etc)?

thank you, very encouraging for many of my projects!
I'm on redbubble but I don't know how to delete the background in Procreate, I upload a design and it's got the background which is no good.

Thank you!
Ah como eu gostaria de ter entendido 🇧🇷👍 não tem legenda em português. Mas enfim... obrigada!

Is procreate in this title for clickbait? I think you could do most of these with other digital art programs.
