@@GabeCuello Absolutely!! I started learning to run 2 years ago and love using Global Triathalon Network (@gtn) on UA-cam for my running education. They have some great how to videos in their PlayLists. I used mostly the "Couch to 5K". When I was running consistently I was able to do a 5K in 35minutes, but as I have not been consistent for the last several months I am now back up to almost an hour! But thankfully it shouldn't take too long for the old lady body to get back up to it. 🤣🤣🤣 I hope you have a super special year personally and also on your YT channel! 🏆🏆
