How to Manifest Your Vison — Imagery
Where the mind goes, the body will follow...
Think about it... If you're in the ocean and see a shark, your entire body primes itself to swim away. That's good and is very normal. But, if you are sitting in your chair at home and are thinking about going to the beach and suddenly imagine a shark coming... well, you just primed the same senses in your body.
Isn't that crazy. How an image can cause such physiological responses?
But guess what, this same process can be used for what you desire. Imagery is by far, one of the most powerful cognitive performance techniques used by elite level athletes and highly successful people.
When you tap into your senses and focus on what you desire, the body will take the commands of the mind and follow through. You may start noticing a shift of attitude, sense of assertiveness towards what you desire, more clarity, and enhanced energy.

I had been visualizing my dreams for years but back then, I had no idea that there were other senses that could be used or how to prime our emotions for the desired outcome.
My first experience with imagery was when I competed in my first bodybuilding show in Tampa, FL 2005, the teen division. It was incredible. What is fact, however, is that no matter how good or shar your image, nothing is guaranteed. I lost. I didn't even make it to 4th or 5th place! That was a painful experience man. But I needed that.
My imagery skills improved and more and more I began to manifest my vision. I'll admit, it takes practice but I consider it like a work out, we all need it and it takes several sessions to get better and stronger.

Not wheel chair friendly or for those with limited lower extremities challenges (e.g., wearing a foot boot) but it is generally a solid walk for fresh air and scenery. Yes, stoller its also friendly. You didn't even comment or score on the comfort and handling a heavy load, you just jumped to the final score. It looked like the weight was protruding from the bottom of the First Tactical pack. I'm not sure how comfortable or durable that would be in the long run. It looks like the 5.11 Rush 24 is the better pack for rucking with weights. I wished you would have compared how each pack felt with the weights.

No, unfortunately, it will rust. Mine did, but then I covered it with a tarp to reduce the damage. After the rainy season passed, I immediately removed the rust. The squat rack is great and still holding up but it is weak towards damages like rust and excessive movement in general. I wouldn't chance it.

@slumpq Short Answer: I am 100% rocking this Squat Rack. I love it. It is performing very well for what it offers. I also got new j-hooks. It's much sturdier. In some context with load/performance, I squated 315lbs again, and it took it with ease. I will make sure to do a detailed follow-up review on this rack and some upgrades soon. I have the original version of this pack in black. As for version 2 I’m not a fan. CCW pocket is not waterproof, really? That pocket is going to fill with water if you are caught out in the rain. They took out the 2 internal pockets to accommodate a laptop pouch. They removed the two drain holes on the main pack section, again really?? They removed the two rubberized patches on the bottom of the pack that rides against your back, not a good move. I know that they listened to their customers and changed the pack. But in reality they strayed from the original job of the pack, a 24 hour pack. You did a great job on your video by the way, just some constructive criticism to 5:11.

I went to a few websites and I noticed the one that was selling it told me the weight capacity for holding weight plates on the barbell was 500lbs. By looking at how unstable this rack setup is and what you told me about the original about the jay hooks on the company website it's hard to believe that a setup like that can hold a load of 500lbs. And for most people $800 + dollars is a big investment. I mean this is the most affordable squat rack I've seen online. And I can see why it wobbles. Which can make a person seem unsafe when they are doing pullups squats or barbell bench press.

I got a black pair on sale two weeks ago. This is my first pair of barefoot shoes, and they rock. Better posture, core activity, and the pain in my knees is becoming a memory. Doing regular 5-mile walks on concrete and asphalt. Can't believe I was able to transition so fast, I'm late 50s with cranky knees, fit from bicycling and advanced yoga. With regard to the latter, I'm already seeing improvements in my practice that I'm certain are the product of my new barefoot walking regimen. Overall a good review. Another thing though, one of the reasons why i also both this is because i am planning to convert it into a emergency bag/BOB(future). The Rush 12 would work for school/gym but i was wondering if when i will convert it into emergency bag, would all the necessary items would fit in rush 12. I would say get the 12, see if it suits your needs, and experiment with attachments for additional storage. I live these types of bags for creativity and organization. You can always switch out pouches (i.e., first aid kits). However, if you really need more size, then get the 24 on Black Friday :). Of course, that's just my suggestion.

Thanks for the review! Wich UA is the best for lifting especially squats?

Believe it or not, it all depends on training loads. Most shoes have impact and shock absorption foam. The heavier the loads, the more likely the shoes will become unstable/wobbley. These shoes can take quite a bit of stress (>315lbs) before becoming wobbly, hence their stiffness. For me personally, I use barefoot shoes to squat and deadlift. Now, I have a special case... I have a bad ankle and need strong stability, so I use plates or a board under my heels to help with lack of mobility during a squat. Hope this helps.
