- This is one of the quickest smoothies I always make to keep up with my weight gain goal. There are a variety of weight gain smoothie recipes, but this one is my no 1.
Ingredients:
Recipe Makes 2 Portions
2 Cups Whole Milk
1 Cup White Oats
1 or 2 Bananas
1 or 1/2 avocado (optional)
4 tbsp Peanut Butter or 1/2 cup nuts
3 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
2 Cups Yoghurt (optional)
Chia seeds (optional)
