LOVE your wiring and plumbing videos.
In our area of the California Sierras, on demand water heaters are popular. And living in earthquake country, stand-alone water heaters like yours usually have something like a shower tray underneath with a drain as well as strapping to keep the water heater secure during an earthquake.

I'm no professional, but even I know a floor shouldn't have a mound in it and windows need to be set level to operate properly... But, watching this, I can honestly say, I think they got the plumbing right! They used the same system and we have had no issues with the water in the 5+ years since we bought it.

I have one question regarding the fireplace. In order to clean it up do you have to sandblast the stone or perhaps paint it and won't cleaning it put soot on everything? Perhaps you need to finish the floors and painting walls after tackling the messy fireplace? I want that house for myself but haven't won the lottery yet!

Hey, it sure is a good thing you are able to run so fast, like that, with all the trips you had to make back & forth!!! I have seen here on yt so many people using Pex & they put so many fittings in their lines. I thought they did it in a proper manner. I guess because you can buy elbows & such they think they have to use them or something. I appreciate your work & explanation. Thank you so much for content I enjoy watching. I understand the work on the house can be difficult/time consuming & you have the added work with the camera & the editing, also. warning~ advice you did not ask for. I am an old lady & I don't know anything about youtube. I don't know if you can re~ upload this video again at a later date, but if you included in your title words like~ Using PEX Without Any Extra Fittings, every person looking up Pex would flock to this video.
