I remember visiting some plantation in Cuba and having a cigar made from non industrially processed tobacco. The difference in taste was honestly mindblowing, a lot milder and just way more pleasant. Allegedly a lot lower in nicotine as well. Would highly recommend. Also way cheaper. To be fair this was a while ago so prices may have changed a lot.
The guy at the plantation told me that smoking cigars made from natural leaves all the time was good for you. He showed me his grandfather, who was 90 something and smoked cigars his whole life. He said literally "Smoking natural cigars is healthy, my grandfather started smoking cigars at the age of 9 and he is now over 90 and no cancer.
