    I'm making my first steps in electronic music production and chose Bitwig as my DAW, these start-to-finish tutorials are absolutely fantastic! Can't wait for more :)

      yes! most of the techniques in the video are universally applicable. The music genres often differ only in small nuances. What sounds you put in the foreground, or how much distortion you use, etc.

    More from start to finish videos, also if someone can send you an style it would be cool if you can explain how to achieve something similar only with bitwig devices. Cheers!

    this is my favourite series of yours and helps me a great deal! please consider making 'from start to finish: funky tech house' (or filter house type thing. i love that tracky repetitive stuff but it's so difficult to do right).

    Too bad us 8/16 track users can't use the Phase-4 :(
    Also, it took me a while to figure out how you entered the automation timeline thingy with the hamburger menu on the track!

    Why are your freshly made sounds and tracks always instantly balanced? crazy ;-)

    • @PolarityMusic
      @PolarityMusic  3 роки тому +3

      i make sure to hit the ceiling of the limiter, balance the frequency content and reduce the dynamics as needed with a clipper early on. you get a bright and balanced for free this way.

    how to get rid of the click at the start of the loop for the 1st bass?

    • @PolarityMusic
      @PolarityMusic  2 роки тому

      increase the attack times or maybe offset the phase ("R" on and/or increase 0° which rotates the phase until the oscillator starts a zero crossing)
