I think my favorite out of all the Galaxy Warriors line is Spikes. I can't really explain why, the fact that he has no face, and looks more like some ancient summoned warrior or something like that gives the mystery to him.

i never had many action figures as a kidlet but i did have heaps of toy horses and still collect them now, and articulated horses were kinda uncommon, like i can only think of a couple brands that had them with moving with heads and legs and stuff. barbie made three ( one that walked, one that moved it's head/neck, and a combination that did both ) and i remember them being such a huge deal when i was a kid, not because i cared anything at all whatsoever about barbie but because horses that moved didn't happen too often. Grand Champions made a few special ones that moved, but other than them there were really really few horses with joints ( excluding the my little ponies, sometimes they could turn their heads, but the realistic horses usually didn't ). breyer and schleich are the main brands now and i don't think either of them ever do articulation unless it's a special edition model. even shera back in the day, she was a normal action figure but her horse Swift Wind didn't move. he did come with removable wings/unicorn horn tho and was completely made of clear transparent plastic. good times. :'3 i regret now getting rid of my articulated horses during my "growing out of blahblah donate it to charity" crap phase cuz they're not around anymore.

Is it possible that "Swords and Sorcerors" was Acama's attempt to produce their own "not he-man" line for the UK using toys imported from other manufacturers?
Well fearful can also mean "causing fear" so yeah....so basically they are saying that the beasts are scary. It's the less used definition these days but whatever....
Hey Phelous, I have a theory on some of this stuff. Do we know where the Swords and Sorcerers stuff falls on the timeline of releases? My theory is the four figures on the horse box were originally the only figures in the line. That would explain why the box shows the four figures the way it does despite the beasts only coming with one figure. Plus these were the same four figures(not counting Sun Hawk since he's a wrench into pretty much any theory) in the subset. I think the Swords and Sorcerers line came first as a temporary thing until they got the full line ready. Could this be a possibility or am I just talking out of my ass here?
There was recently a print ad featuring those 4 figures and the beasts which would support the theory that they were the only 4 figures produced at 1st but I don't think Swords and Sorcerers came out before the rest of the line as the ad shows them on regular Galaxy Warriors cardbacks. Also as it's a seeming subset of Galaxy Warriors it would make more sense it came later though I think it's possible the figures on the cards might have been from the original run and carded as S&S afterwards.
I had one of these mammoth figures as a kid, I had no idea what line it was from until this video. Mine came from a Ben Franklin too, they must have had a deal with Sungold to distribute their products.
Something interesting I just noticed. that battle Hawks toy has the same harness as some of the galaxy fighters. That may indicate the acamas Toys may have some connection with Sewco.
What would you make of the Galaxy Adventure Girl toy series? The logo of them looked like the logo of the Galaxy Warriors, and they were made by Sungold as well. Are they supposed to be complementary to the Galaxy Warriors toys, or a totally different line that just happened to use the same kind of letters for the logo and was made by the same company?
Persona Ohnlyne Oh yeah they were Sungold's She-Ra equivalent so they are meant to kind of go along with the Galaxy Warriors. I'll be covering Galaxy Adventure Girl eventually on BZ.
Another great video. I watched your original Galaxy Warriors review the other night and last night I watched the He-Man knockoff figures review Ashens did ages ago. The tiger-headed bloke was one of the figures he reviewed and so was Baltard.
