@@johntran1831 not exactly, the car nut guy did an episode on this gen Camry that was dealer maintained and it ended up getting a new engine. The point I'm trying to make is if you are buying a car specifically for reliability, this gen Camry isn't the way to go. And given it's a Toyota, that's the main reason why people buy them. But hopefully this buyer doesn't have major issues, or only has to add a quart every oil change.
@@racequad9 you are right about that old car have many issues. After more than 15yrs of service I'm counting my blessing every year that it won't break down. My car is 2006 Le V6 is da bomb. 😆 🤣
@@johntran1831 honestly, I feel the older cars (a lot but not all) are better. They are easier and cheaper to work on. My neighbor has a 2010 Ford fusion hybrid and those are known to have reliable engines, plus their hybrid system is borrowed from Toyota. He has 275k miles and has only replaced the throttle body, cv axles, brakes, and the normal maintenance. I wouldn't own anything new Ford now though except maybe a 5.0 f-150.

@@mejalli911 Sounds like you may have had one to many bad experiences. I have been able to get cars at deals all in 50-70 % of the value. It definitely works for me if you use it right.
