Middlebrook is worst, although they have great scenes outside the dining hall. btw, there is an organization called 'swipe out hunger' and they offer 5 free swipes that you can use in dining halls.
Great question! I do believe that was a thing this past year - you could only use your card to enter the residence hall that you live in. I'm not sure if this will be the same in future years, though.
