In this video we discuss how to learn spine transfers fast. This trick can be tough to learn because of the level of commitment it takes to stick. Between having to do an Ollie motion, shifting your weight from leaning back to leaning forwards, to handling the speed, the spine transfer is one of the more difficult things to learn when skating transition. By breaking it down into small steps you can drastically cut down the time it would take to learn this.
