Congratulations on your new pattern. I love the idea of knitting with fingering weight yarn and lace weight mohair together. I'm sure the cowl is super soft.
This is so lovely! Sadly, I don't have anyone I would gift it to due to the cost and effort involved. And, as you know, living in Florida I probably would never wear it. 🥵 But it is a fascinating project! After watching the mohair swatch lab I would be tempted to hold two mohair together and add the fingering weight with one mohair for the alternative colorwork. I love the extra detail on the edge. I wish I could see it in person. Thank you for introducing us to the finger guide. I would LOVE to see a tutorial on how to use it in a project. Thanks so much Barbara, gorgeous as always!❤️
Wow! That is so yummy! I'm just getting through a backlog of videos, so I'm just seeing this, and will have to go get it. I recently ended up with some variegated mohair because I just couldn't resist, and now I know what I can use it for!
Very pretty and elegant cowl. The softness shows on video.
That is great to hear, it's soo soft.
Oh my this is darling and I have just the right combo of yarn to knit it!!
Can't wait to see yours!
I love this pattern. I loved it the second I saw it on Ravelry and now I really can’t wait to cast it on. Really, really beautiful! 😍
Thank you so much!

It really is hard to stop petting it.
I love the colors. I've never tried knitting with more than one strand, let alone with a different weighted yarn. How exciting!
It's not that hard but I found the finger guide immensely helpful.
The cowl is beautiful, I already purchased the pattern and yarn, can't wait to get started!!!
Hope you enjoy it!

Oooh, that would make something very ethereal. Now I want to experiment with that LOL
Beautiful. I think I have something in my stash for this.
Yay! I was thinking people might have stuff for this that they didn't know what to do with.
This is beautiful! I love the detail to soften the folded edge! You are so talented and creative.
Thank you so much. I love that detail too!
Such an interesting idea! I got some nicely variegated Mohair from Knit Picks that I just found a pattern for!
Awesome, can't wait to see it.
Oooh, beautiful!
Thank you!
Wow it looks stunning. I love the way you have done the edge. On my list to knit.
Thank you! 😊
I bought the pattern today. ❤
Yay, thank you!
Love it!🎉. I’m so slow tho- I’m not even done with the brim of my peephole hat😅
It's not the destination, it's the journey!
I have a stash of suri alpaca I think might work for this 👀
Ooooh, I bet it will.

Fantastic! I'd love to see what you knit.
What a lovely elegant cowl ! Can you tell us the exact yarn you used?
All of that info is on the pattern pages. It's Manos del Uruguay Fino and Lang Kid Color.
I have a variegated skein of suri and a bunch of 10g minis, do you think this would work well as a scrappy version?
Never know until you try!
