Years ago, my son and I were traveling back from Southern California. As we came up over the highway we were on, as the valley of central California came into view we saw a fogbow. I remember the both of us looking at each other wondering if we were both seeing the same thing. It was unusual for sure. A memory for my and my kid 🌈
I am 60 years old and never heard of a Fogbow nor seen one, and I think I missed out on something special and beautiful. I shall keep my eyes open, and maybe I will see one, one day. The Tube Cowl is most beautiful.
Now you do! 💙💙💙

The 1st time I saw a fogbow, I thought I might be hallucinating, but years later I saw another, so I figured it had to be a natural phenomenon I was privileged to witness. Indeed, they are an enigma. The texture of the sugar fluff yarn recalls the mysterious atmosphere which seems to accompany their appearance. ❤ I'ma grab me some. 😊

Never heard of fogbow, but love this cowl!
Fogbows look beautiful. First time I've heard of them. We don't get many foggy days here on the Canadian Prairies however we do get sundogs in the winter. Sundogs are rainbow like circles which appear around the sun on clear skies with very cold weather. Very beautiful too however you have to deal with the cold - minus 30 degree Celsius cold!
I have never heard of a fogbow but that is a beautiful design.
I have never heard of a fogbow, very whimsical sounding! I will have to keep my eye out for one now that I know that is a thing 😊

You make it look so easy to do this cowl!! Thank you! I had never heard of a fogbow. Now that I have, I’ll be watching for one. 😀
Though I've never heard the word, living in San Francisco, one of the great Fog Cities of the world, I've definitely seen them. Crossing the SF Bay on a ferry, I was shocked to see rainbows on both sides of the boat, as the "rules" say the sun must be at your back. It was actually more to the side, but depending on where I stood on the boat, I could see a rainbow on the port or starboard side. Couldn't find a spot where they both showed at once, that would have been super cool. One was much more richly colored, the other more pastel, so I guess I really saw a rainbow and a fogbow. Wonderful memory, thanks for bringing it back for me.
