Sir concern lang po kasi yung load combination na 1.2DL + 1.4LL is from 2010 NSCP approach po ata. Yung sa 2015 po kasi which is updated NSCP 1.2DL + 1.6 LL po

Just use linear regression between 0.7 and 0.8

Cranking can still be used with Additional bars to satisfy the required Area of bars and not necessarily the spacing.
