Looks good. One hint: try boiling your chicken. You’ll then be able to shred or cut it up easier.

Yes definitely. I apologize for not stating in the video. When I made this video we were living with our in-laws and were cooking for about 8 people. I would definitely cut it in half if you are cooking for less.
for less I would just use half of the pack of chicken and only one can of the cream of chicken. And depending if it's on two or four people I would still maybe do two boxes of stuffing if you like the extra crunch and breading
