    I have been practicing for 10 days now, I still cannot reach my head to floor with straight back. One day I will achieve it. Just can't wait for that day. I'm really excited about it.

      Veerabyadrasana 1 and 2, prasarita padakonasan, utkata samakonasana are good. Also lie down and keep your legs on the wall for few minutes daily would circulate the blood from the legs. Body should be in " L " shape
