Always have another keg on deck, ready to tap. It's not good enough to have the next beer in the fermenter. So much tragedy could have been prevented. Gandalf would still be with us.
I have the opposite now. 3 kegs on tap. I don't drink enough to justify it and friends that helped me drink it so I didn't get David Hasselhoff drunk have been moving away.
That sound and pour is enough to drive a man crazy. He thinks to himself, 2 1/2 pints just wont do. Then off he shleps to the nearest beer store for another taste of that sweet sweet action. PROST.
